It fulfills the function of having a place to sleep and bathe, but nothing more. It's too basic, with doors and walls of triple play. Austero, badly done, but I accept that it fulfills all the basics to ensure a place to sleep, not super clean, nor is it a kitchen. I recommend it for low-budget travelers who just need it strictly indispensable, or for chavos who just go to the bathroom and require a place to stay and store food in a refrigerator. For someone who wants to rest, spend time in the hotel quietly, feeling or with comforts, definitely not.

Just to sleep and bathe.

The place was nothing like the photos on booking.com. It looked quaint and cute there with bright colours and a little pool. It was dated and dirty. No water in pool for what looked like a very long time. Poor lighting, so bad you could not read at night. One overhead light in a ceiling fan. Absolutely no place to hang up or store clothes. Nowhere in bathroom for toiletries. Toilet paper dispenser kept coming off the wall. Towels were threadbare and only two were provided. Hot water was hit or miss. Bed was quite uncomfortable and there was only a very thin blanket. Booming.com rated this hotel a 4. It wasn’t even up to hostel standards.  We are having to find alternative accommodations.

Do Not Book this place.

*Clean: great! and the cleaning lady was so nice! 
*Friendly: of course! they have a communal backyard where we met good people and had great conversations!
*Quiet: yes! Sayulita can be loud, but here you will be in a peaceful and quiet place 
*Location: excellent! close to the main plaza, 2 blocks away from the beach, stores, and cafes all around the hotel!

bonus: hot water with good water pressure!! yes!! you heard it right! 

Recommendation to the hotel: Please make sure to leave a paper or something to advise check-in guests that they have to call to get the manager girl when arrival, we encounter that there was no reception, we waited, press the bell and no answer for about 20 min until I called her.

CLEAN, FRIENDLY, QUIET, WELL LOCATED!

This place is awesome, 2 blocks from the beach, tons of stuff around it. the courtyard is beautiful great place to enjoy your meal and have a few bottles. There is a shared kitchen, and shared refrigerator if you want to cook and be healthy. I stayed in a private room, which was perfect, had a bed and a bathroom and a shelf. All you need. The staff is great and friendly and attentive. I stayed there for 9 days and couldn't have been happier.

It's a cheap and very rustic place but they're neglecting certain aspects just as much as it's a construction and it's a bit limiting the stay but in general everything is fine according to the price although there are some things that need to be improved.

It's all right.

It's the dirtiest and ugliest place I could stay, the place is disgusting, super bad service and the Argentinian who attends there is a damned drug addict who never stops sleeping, gets to work at night, smokes drugs around customers, turns off the mini split in the morning, has no fans, in the morning doesn't stop cooking because there was the bedroom in the kitchen, we pay to sleep basically in the middle of nowhere, had no cupboards, no pillows, dirty lazas and the place without water.

We arrived there by chance, we looked very nice and decided to stay a night to see how it was, we had a very quiet season and the hotel seemed to be alone, really calm, day and night.

It's picturesque but the service leaves something to be desired.

A nightmare, a disorder, the opposite of paradise. It was a fatal experience. The photos they present on the Internet and the description of the place, are a lie, a haircut. The scum of society lives there. Horrible things happen at any time of the day and night. Excesses, disaster. The personal scarcity does not understand what happens there because of the doped they are.

Hostal del terror... the nightmare, the hell.

I stayed for days before the end of the year, and I realized that they didn't have clarity about my reservation, they arranged it and we were able to check in. The staff that attended is very relaxed, they live with all the calmness of the world and that reflects it in the service; if you don't ask for towels, there is no room cleaning service so you stay for a whole week, there is no soap to wash your hands in the bathrooms, a door to a water tank was rotated, in a water tank and in the boiler that is behind the reception had leaks that were wasting water all the time.

A relaxed place until the service.

The place is like any hostel hospitalario and with everything necessary to sleep and have a good stay, even if one wants to have a small party with friends can do it, besides that the bar los patos where the people who work there work is great and serve some hamburgers uff.
