The attentive staff, the excellent activities, the food and the stay of ten.To go as a couple I recommend myself because it is very romantic, the excellent climate to climb the mountain and safety at its best.

Excellent place to stay.

We arrived and there was no staff to take care of you, we were left waiting with all our stuff (and the supermarket we had made so urgent that it was refrigerated) 1 hour at the pseudo reception, which was full of mosquitoes, it had no ventilator, there was logically no air conditioning, we felt very hot. Finally we arrived at Miguel and we had at the Penthouse that we had booked, the facilities were generally modern but the sofa was full of mold, there was a lot of dust and bugs on the floor and for the column, it didn't like the air conditioning.

The worst service ever.

The trip was great for the company (friends) I went with, the pool and the hot tub were perfect, the problem was that when we got to the hotel there was no one to welcome us, leaving us waiting for more than an hour in an empty reception, when we got to the room none of the air conditioning rooms worked, only the room (we were at 35 degrees), wanting to contact the people that our antendian (Miguel y paola) never answered and showed up when they wanted, telling them this situation we wanted to change to a much smaller room for a moment paying the same price as what we paid in our penthouse, we moved the room if the air conditioning worked but as we were 7 people and the room was for 4 we went down to a room where we slept 3 times and we paid for it.

Pessimo service, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

My family and I arrived one Sunday at 2pm and there was no one to welcome us. We waited a long time in front of a closed reception area. After a few minutes, a security guard arrived who didn't know what to do with us. Finally, a cleaner took us to the deck and left us without giving us any explanation about the facilities or the department. Upon entering the deck, we realized that the air conditioning in the room was not working and that the terrace was not equipped to accommodate us. I decided to book a phone call to the extended area (as the reception area is never open, and no room can be found in the modern hotel).

Nice place but poor customer service.

In these apartments we stayed with three friends basically their three rooms with kitchenette two full bathrooms a small terrace living area with pool, beautiful sea views Sadly the apartment we stayed in did not work Ninguno of the air conditioners, is 5 minutes from downtown Sayulita and leaving the apartment area is a minute walk from the beach and has parking although at night it is a bit complicated as some of these apartments are inhabited and others are rented only one place is allocated per department.

Good location

Very spacious apartment with sea view, surrounded by vegetation. Super comfortable, with all amenities, spacious and quiet.ideal for those who plan on resting and relaxing.The downside is that it is far from the center, shops, restaurants and nightlife, but compensates for it with its beautiful and quiet facilities.

Excellent and comfortable.

The apartment is quite spacious and with super good taste in decoration and furniture, however, it has many points to improve such as maintenance in general areas since the pool only served the first day, the rest of the days was closed. Our room did not serve air conditioning so we slept the 2 nights with the pure fan of the roof. The hotel has another number outside so it is a bit confusing to arrive (firewall) there is no reception or someone who is waiting for the guests only exists as 2 people in charge of all the tasks which leaves much to be desired in attention and service.

It's very nice but very poorly cared for and served.

Good accommodation for 4 people, 2 bedrooms very spacious apartment with everything needed, pool, good care, 1 km. From the beach, rooftop parking up to two cars, everything is fine, except for a permanent bad smell in the bathroom of the main room, apartment 502.
