I just visited this property at 9:20a.m. on Friday, November 9, 2012 to consider it as an alternative to where I usually stay -  this place is incredible.   The pool is so filthy that you cannot view the bottom;  the parking area is full of large pot holes and parking is not controlled so be prepared to be blocked in by somebody else and hope the somebody shows up eventually.  There is a small coffee shop is combined with the reception area neither of which has any air conditioning, just open windows/doors with flies/insects all over the place.  There are large broken pieces of concrete and steel beems adjacent to the pool area (which is viewable from the street).  This morning there was a table full of dirty glasses and empty soda cans (30 is my) all of which were attracting insects/flies in great abundance at the one and only table available for guest use.

Sorry I cannot contribute to any information about the rooms (warning - three floor walkup, no elevator) because i never got beyond the disgusting pool, parking lot, reception/coffee shop areas.

This place needs a health inspection, a building inspection and removal from anybody's ability to book using TripAdvisor because it hosts several serious legitimate health code violations.
