The staff in general is friendly, the good thing about the hotel is that at least the room that I was touching was very spacious and everything was clean, with an improvised mini golf course, a pool table and restaurant that looked old and sloppy, a hook offering you a dinner and a breakfast of which it is worth mentioning that it is only a very lightweight botanical garden, the night is at $750.00 which makes it expensive for me for the hotel conditions, the location is good only 3 blocks from the cathedral.

A hotel that by the cost of not so much as passing

The facilities are clean and comfortable, but the parking lot is a sad patio where 10 cars can accommodate the tetris and if you can't find a place to send you to a two-quadrant boarding house... The free breakfast that is included is a joke that won't leave you satisfied, we spend 10 minutes freezing in the shower until the hot water came out.

Sucks, but not so much.

This hotel is very close to the historic center of Puebla, on my trip we chose it with my family to spend the night, as we were going to Mexico, in the end resulting in a good choice, quiet, comfortable and above all the good attitude of the staff, in the morning we had a rich breakfast.

It's economical but good.

It is a hotel that has long seen better times, careless, dirty, the mattress I leave much to desire, the laundry room is outside the tiny bathroom, given the sense of zero privacy and the inconveniences that this entails, if all this is taken into account regarding the cost per night I think it is very expensive for what it offers, I would not return to this place.

Only if there is no other option.

The Internet service is fast enough for work. The bathroom furniture looks a little bit sloppy without stopping being functional; they have a glass window that gives way to the hallway where everyone passes and there is no curtain, which makes it uncomfortable because even if you don't see it, it gives you the feeling of being bathing in the view of the hallway. Nothing you can't solve with a curtain. The staff in general is very friendly and attentive, no matter how much you serve.

Everything you need.

This is a cheap hotel, one of the few with free parking since is very close to the cathedral, we took a 4 person room with 2 beds, is quite big, I understand that they cannot change the structure of the building and since this is a very antique hotel, the distribution is not the best, the bathroom is very small you and you can see pipes in there (the administration should cover those), also the door of the bathroom is so old, that in the bottom side you can see how is wearing cause of the time, some other parts outside the room need to be fix, like walls that you can see some big holes, attention is pretty decent, and the restaurant inside the hotel cook very good meals at very low price.

A lot room to improve

Classic accommodation in this well-placed hotel. Fortunately office discount at the sight of our paper guide (500 pesos finally) Bedroom veiled and more than cleaned. Plus not very clean.

It's not imperial at all.

Hotel with a little old, but well located, impeccable property with large rooms, quiet and close to the zoo.

A pleasant pause

It's a nice hotel in the historic centre with free services away from other more expensive establishments (parking if you have a car, internet, washing machine, dryer, small in-house at night...). It's not a big luxury, but the rooms are spacious and the atmosphere is simple and friendly.
