The very bad experience, a deplorable hygiene, I don't know if they gave me the room without knowing that it wasn't clean, but a very unpleasant experience. For the price I could say that it was even a little expensive. Very popular, you'll see the classic borrachin with his family on the terraces with his row of beer bottles and if it's your style... welcome. If you're looking for another scheme this hotel is not an option.

Bad choice, deceptive images.

This is a super little hotel/hacienda and very inexpensive. It's not posh, but its small pool and garden filled with animal statues make it great fun for young children. The accommodation in the cabins in the garden is comfortable, and the porch area is ideal for a drink in the evenings. The associated restaurant was also good. The staff of the hacienda and the restaurant could not have been more pleasant or helpful.

The only limitation is that - because it's not one of the big tourist hotels - you will need a car to reach the centre of town and to visit the antiquities that are all around this part of Yucatan. On the other hand, it's not one of the big tourist hotels, which means that it's much quieter and more relaxed.

This is definitely not for everyone - if you want the comforts (and noise) of a mainstream hotel it's not for you. But we liked it a lot and it was great value.

An undiscovered little gem

Our room smelled so bad that we couldn't take it anymore! Completely unventilated. My long hair smelled so bad after the smell of that pillow that it didn't come out. It was like they had never been washed before in life! We were on a trip for two days, so (fortunately) we barely stayed in the room except at night. My friend and I caught such a strong allergy in those two nights, however, that we still suffer from it now 1 month later!!! I've been in the shower 20 times after washing it and not rubbing a lot of hot water. They still smell! We still have to get rid of half of our clothes because they smell so bad, and even one of our rooms still has to get rid of it! We just don't want to know what's going on in this little room! We don't want to get out of the bathroom! We just have to have to get rid of the smell of a lot of hot water! We don't

It's a disaster!

The location of the hotel is on the outskirts of the north of the city. The centre can be reached very easily by car to see the most courageous on foot. There is a shopping centre a few meters away. The garden is beautiful and the place is quiet when the neighbors are respectful. However the rooms are old, the housekeeping and bedding are of deplorable quality (do not look under the bed or pillows...). The sanitation is of the same level. The hotel restaurant is correct and its prices are reasonable.

An institution well situated but deserving of serious refreshment

This place is beautiful and timeless.  We had the gorgeous pool to ourselves every afternoon and the restaurant was open for dinner every night which was just great!  They have a little chapel on the premises which was lovely.  The property itself is beautiful and the staff were very nice.  This is a place that we highly recommend as it is clean, safe, and peaceful.  Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful Place

A hotel of excellent quality, good location, very pleasant, quiet, the section of villas, looks pretty good.From the beginning I wanted to book a villa, however having made the last-minute reservation, I did not have the opportunity to find availability, so I had to book two regular rooms, I understand perfectly that prices define supply and demand, with direct and last-minute reservations, often only you have the option to pay the rack fare, however it is the first time I find that when I arrive at the hotel, I notice that the reservation system, in this case (hotels), had sold me the room much more expensive than the rack rate, I insist, it is not the quantity, but the action, since my receptionists might have thought that I was taking advantage of the rates, note that I did not handle the rates and they told me that they could not do anything about their own rates.

Surprise is a surprise.

We had to be received in this hotel following a booking from another hotel in the chain. But when we arrived, there was no reservation for us. Information had not been passed between the hotels. After being patient for more than 30 minutes, and after asking us for the price of the reservation, they refused us when Casa Hamaca Hotel assured us that they had done the necessary. We understood well that they had rooms available but the rate was not suitable for them. They invited us back to the original hotels. We found ourselves without a hotel and had to deal with it on our own. Oyo Group strongly discouraged.

Bad Faith and Snobism

It's an excellent option for staying in Valladolid, if you're just passing through, as it's located at the entrance to the city of Valladolid.The villas are comfortable and picturesque, the only thing that can be improved, would be the floor, manage an anti-slippery one.It's a hotel, good, pretty and cheap.

Staying in the Villas del Hotel

This place is great for spending a few days, it has everything you need to spend a few days comfortably, it is located near a shopping plaza, so you can buy what you need without leaving the place, the food is not so good but they do their best to sell well and quickly, I recommend this place so that on your trip to Mérida or Cancun you can rest for a while.

Very clean rooms, recommended villas, a gallery with local history that helps you appreciate and understand the place you visit, good restaurant, garden, pool, a very friendly chapel and personal.
