Extraordinary...mu bueno

I visited this hotel in August together with my boyfriend and the truth seemed to me a good option from its location to the services provided, the room had an excellent distribution, I loved that the kitchen was fully equipped to use it, and although we saw movement outside by the other guests inside the room the outside noise was not perceived and we could have a comfortable and relaxed stay, I highly recommend it.

A very good option for staying in Valladolid.

We are currently staying here and have been for the last two weeks. This review is for the new building by the pool. The rooms are sparklingly clean, the beds area huge, comfortable and have very good linen. Our room has a pool view which is lovely and peaceful, you can open the sliding doors in the mornings and listen to the birds. All the staff are wonderful and happy to help in any way. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel

This hotel is very clean, large and comfortable rooms. Close to the center and the swimming pool very nice. The parking is good and offer wifi, it is a good option to consider, the price is good. It has a refrigerator, kitchen to prepare food, microwave oven, table and open spaces if you want to spend the afternoon with friends enjoying the weather and sunset. 😀👍🏻

Clean and good rooms.

I made the mistake of booking here as a walk up instead of booking online.  
I’d say they took advantage of me because had I have booked online I could’ve canceled the reservation with them after one night.  
Online there were many rooms available but they told me that they only had one room and it was right next to the street there was filth all over the walls and the floors the doors had greasy handprints on them.  The sheets were like sandpaper.  
I don’t understand why you have a old kitchen when there’s no pot or pan no coffee maker there are very few restaurants nearby and the ones that are aren’t very good.  
There was no place nearby to even purchase water which you would think they would at least supply you with one bottle of upon check-in. 
I very specifically told them that I would be spending one or two nights I wasn’t sure they charged me for two nights and when I checked out in the morning they refused to give me back my money for the second night .
Was kept awake all evening due to street noise sirens noise from partying people in another room.  I’ve just finished traveling all over the world including Southeast Asia and I’ve stayed at some very humble little places.
This hotel truly ranks at the very bottom of the barrel in many many ways including customer service cleanliness and lack of kindness the non-welcoming atmosphere-
Plus intent to rip someone off.
Plus they’re doing construction on their newer building across the street so you have to listen to that as well.
Well anyway don’t say I didn’t warn you. 
On a positive note if there was one the pool certainly looks nice even though I did not get to use it.

Filthy room noise rude staff

I was lucky enough to find this place and I think it was the best thing that ever happened to me because the prices are very affordable and the place is the best, basically it's an apartment. Bed, kitchen bathroom. The suites are quite spacious and comfortable and above all very clean.

The best option 

Pros: 
- Good size room
- Good service and check in at mid night and swift check out 
- reasonably clean room but bathroom smelt of bleach 
- provided soap and shampoo which was good
- clean towels and comfortable bed

Cons: 
- Water pressure is very low and we could barely shower as not much water was coming out of shower head. Took longer time to shower due to this
- had to turn on hot water boiler switch 15 mins before use but water was luke warm. 
- there’s a small area with a gas canister for cooking and a boiler which is bit scary in the event of an explosion. Didn’t feel safe
- had to unplug the fridge as it was too noisy in the night to sleep. 
- would not stay here again even for £36 per night 

Fine but they need to sort water pressure

Excellent facilities, clean, in good condition and very spacious; the staff is very friendly and the location of the hotel is unsurpassed. They have everything you need to prepare your meal there. I was with my family there and it is a recommended place to go with children.

A very good place to stay.

Very large room for 4 people with living room and small table. kitchen counter not using very clean. very good reception. Payment with credit card and no commissions taken from 5% as c is too often the case. really excellent. only the noise of traffic is melting because the room was giving on the road.

Excellent hotel near downtown.

In general, the place is in good condition, newly renovated, the rooms are comfortable with the necessary equipment, parking within the property which gives it a plus, the staff is friendly and efficient, very close to the center. The WiFi works well and has its own router in the room, the bad advice I would give to the administration is to increase the fares, for the location, service and facilities the product is worth more than they charge, since only a couple of blocks away is the valley center, plus that the hotel is located on the avenue that comes from chichen itza which makes it easy to find and the center to move to anywhere.
