It is a rather pleasant property with facilities tailored to the needs of its visitors, an area of improvement would be the restaurant service by the staff.

I highly recommend it has some incredible views.

This hotel is well located, but is poorly managed.

 This property has deferred maintenance. Toilet needs repair, not enough electric outlets, water leaking from jacuzzi above. 

Hotels always place a sheet on top of bed cover. No sheet on the bed cover – black hairs (not mine!!) on bed cover. Bed cover was old, large, dirty, disgusting. Other hotels have bedcovers that are washable, in between two clean sheets. No hair dryers in entire hotel. This hotel also needs pest control for bugs.

The bar is also mismanaged. It is completely-consistently empty. They should have Happy-Hour (2 x1) from 3 pm to 7 pm. Drinks were expensive compared to surrounding places. Additionally, they should have a breakfast plan for hotel guests. However, next time I visit Valle, I will be looking elsewhere to stay.

People who work here are doing the best they can.  Upper management at this hotel needs to wake-up and manage this property correctly.

I have traveled a lot. This hotel is well located, but has poor upper management.

Total mismanagement. One of my Mexican friends arrived (a highly successful businessman) and said the bar/ restaurant was run incorrectly. It is completely-consistently empty. They should have Happy-Hour (2 x1)  from 3 pm to 7 pm.  Drinks were expensive compared to surrounding places. Additionally, they should have a breakfast plan for hotel guests. 

Hotels I stayed in in Puerta Vallarta & Cuernavaca had breakfast included, or at a reasonable cost for hotel guests. Additionally, my rooms in Puerta Vallarta – with beach view,  Cuernavaca, & near Polanco in Mexico City were far superior to this hotel for the same price. 

Management in this hotel needs to wake-up and manage this property correctly.

The property is very dirty and poorly kept, the rooms are overrated and not very private
The staff didnt even help with lugagge, the second day we told them it was very dirty even the pool and their answer was if you dont like it you can go to another hotel

The picina works by shift with biosecurity standards, the sauna is in poor condition, the wood does not work very well, there is no signage on the sidewalks, there is no accident policy in effect at least not between the week of 25 to 31 December 2020 a quiet place of apartments some better than others, the wifi signal is a small one in a very small place. near the roadside and the airport you can take a bus to both places to cover costs. on the roadside if you take a better shift in an agency to go to the mines a taganga can go by bus.

The organization on the beach.

It's a small hotel with a beautiful view of the lake, just a few steps from the main street and the pier.We stayed in one of the suites with jacuzzi, the room is beautifully decorated and very spacious.Everything was very clean, the gardens very well taken care of.At the moment there is no restaurant but they are building a restaurant next to the pool.Recommended!

Precious Hotel with magnificent location

The view is certainly beautiful, it has a good location in the center of town overlooking the lake. but the service, there is only one person who is in the reception which should be improved, as they have items on display for sale that make it look like a low-end hotel. the rooms are spacious but outdated, with a box TV, old. it has areas of opportunity such as putting a bar near the pool, or at least the service of the same.

We were able to spend a couple of days in Valle de Bravo, our accommodation option was Hotel Puesta de Sol, we saw the services and the view on the website and really the question of the view and the location met and went beyond our expectations. In minutes you are in the center of Valle, there are many very nice restaurants and many things to see and enjoy. Nearby you will find a small cafe called Ámbar where the food is super rich, affordable prices only a little more positive attitude from the staff. Returning to the theme of the hotel, many things regarding the rooms and the services that must be improved: urgent room remodeling; our room was full of teens, since the delivery of the room was founded on the bathroom floor, the personal bathroom stability of the bathroom was so great that the bathroom was filled with clean water, and the quality of the bathroom was so great that people were always able to receive the hotel's amenities, and the hotel's amenities and amenities are so greatly enhanced.

The hotel is quiet and spacious, the rooms are well distributed, so that no noise is heard, which makes it quite discreet and respects privacy The rooms are comfortable and quiet, the bed is very comfortable, there is also a sofa and a table for if you want to eat something right there, the bathroom is spacious and comfortable with adequate amenities, the water pressure is fine although it takes a little to get out the hot water The hotel has a pool and two jacuzzies overlooking the lagoon Although the hotel has no restaurant service, it is very well located, at a quarter of the quay and has good restaurants around and a few blocks from the center of the Bravo Valley The hotel always caters to the needs of the guests.

Excellent place to stay.

The hotel is very nice and very well distributed, the rooms are cozy and quiet, the views are unbeatable, it has a pool and wifi, although it does not have a restaurant, this one is well located, near the shipyard and good restaurants nearby.
