We arrived at an unearthly hour and was welcomed by a friendly face. We found out that the hostel was actually closed for refurbishment but because we had booked online the hostel owner had set us up a nice room with a balcony and told us to us the place like it was our very own apartment. The place is spacious, clean and centrally located on the main street. The owner is a great man, helping us when we needed to call a foreign company, walking us to the closest cheapest food in town and helping us order our food. We've had a great time at Trotters Den and would recommend it to everyone if they are coming through Chisinau!
