My mother and I flew in, first time in country, in the middle of the night. We were met by the shuttle service w a sign and a smile. Friendly driver gave good travel tips in english. Arrived to find a nice comfortable room ready and waiting. Compimentary coffee is great! This place is sooooo quiet but even more than that, it is spotlessly clean!!!! The bathrooms and shower are immaculate. Great location as well. We highly recomend it!

Great!!!

Our group of 13 pax stayed here before and after our tour for two nights. Rooms and beds were spotlessly clean and comfortable. Their toilets and shower deserve special mention. At all times, the shower has good strong water pressure and available hot shower even when we showered late at night and early mornings. The staff seem to clean the bathroom floors quite frequently as they always look dry and clean. 

Very happy with our stay and highly recommended.

Cozy place, excellent hot shower

Pleasant stay and very helpful staff. Relaxed atmosphere and a variety of rooms to choose from. Lockers available and secure parking, and great wifi too to plan your day trips. So happy there, we extended our stay, twice!

Attention! Staff stole my money!!! I have seen video and noticed. I contacted police. Police have checked camera and video. But staff has already cut out and deleced video! TRUE! I did not believe!!! No proof!

Stayed there for a night and I think it is a good option for a short stay in UB. The place was clean and the common areas are nice. Coffee and tea are always available. The staff was helpful. Ideal for a short stay 

Stayed for two days in this hostel and would stay there again.  The driver who picked us up from the airport was very nice and gave us restaurant recommendations and helpful traveling tips.  They hostel was clean and warm and I was able to take a hot shower (shower and toilet areas all coed).  All other reviews were pretty accurate.  The breakfast toast, tea, and coffee is brought out in the morning, but if you are up earlier than the staff, you can get it out yourself.  They have a washing machine and you can line dry clothing in the shared shower/toilet area.  You can prepare your own food in the kitchen.  The Wi-Fi was free and worked in the common areas.  The staff was kind and helpful and constantly cleaning.  The hostel is right next to the Square and close to restaurants, museums, the opera, and other attractions.

Hostel stay prior to adventure tour

The hostel is very close to the main square. it's really clean and comfortable (I loved my bed!) and has a nice, quiet common area. There's a very small free breakfast in the mornings and free coffee and tea all the time. One of the cleanest, most comfortable hostels I've ever stayed in.
