5 nights: end of august 2017.
The apartment house has about 13-14 apartments owned by 3 persons, who doesn't seem to be in good relations. 

It' about 50 m near the sea with a very nice and not crowded beach at this period of the year. So it would be
an ideal place for a good vacation if we wouldn't meet the following problems:
- it was very hard to communicate with the owners, they don't speak english, one of the owners, the russian man is completely mad
-we had only one parking place for twe apartments and the other owners immediateley after arriving started to 

fight with us to leave immediately, they even didn1t wanted  to let us unapack
-the other owner shouted to my husband to be quiet at this place at 3.pm.- the same person did a loud party at 11 pm. in the night
- the electricity was cut on one apartment- the bill wasn't payed in time- we have seen how the installators were bribed to reconnect- 3 hours last
-the shower in the other apartment wasn't functioning correctly
- there wasn't proper cleaning-even if cleaning fee was collected- I refused to pay cleaning for 1 apartments, but both had pbs: dust, fingerprint on microwawe owen
- microwawe owen didn't work correctly
-the switch for water heating didn1t work onn second day
- every time during our stay when we stopped after shoppings with car they shouted to us to carry the car, eve there were free places in the parking
- our landlady didn't make the tourist registration, it would be their duty as I'vs seen on the government webpage
- we were deranged by the owners for different reasons during the stay
-there is no grill facility. So if you go there enjoy the place but be prepared of meeting unpleasant people  and lots of problems.

Never had such problems in any place I've visited.

Unpleasant people at a nice place

Recently stayed at Jana apartments, very helpful owner Jana
Who made our stay very enjoyable. Everything you need in a lovely part of Tivat, lovely sea views. Very close to e airport with transfer available if required from the owner.
The beach is only 50 yards from apartment with nice place to eat Big Ben which is a 10-15 minute walk, nice food at reasonable price. There are also lots of other nice places to eat and drink and a visit to Porto Montenegro is a must.
