This house is a great place to stay when you go to Kotor. It is very close to the Kotor main bus station and Kotor old town. The owner of the house Damir and his family were quite friendly and they picked us up with their own car from the bus station. You have all the necessary equipments ( including washing machine, fridge, pots, coffee , tea etc.) at the house to live there. I highly recommend here. 

A family house

I can only one good think about this hotel namely, that we could talk with the owner about that instead of 10 nights we stay only 1 nights for 75 Euro. It is impossible to find this apartment. We ask more people but only the nearby bakery could help. No one is waiting for us. We need make phone call (not so cheap...) then came a young woman, and show the room at the second level. No elevator. Room is nice and modern, but its just a look. If you check th used materials are cheap and poor quality. Wifi signal is very poor. Not working in the room only in the staircase. So for choose the next better hotel at booking.com, we need sit on the stairs, LOL. The area was so poor. OMG this city, and near the hotel. Dirty, trash everywhere and you see this is the real Balkan. Check the photos. Small gun shots on the wall? :D Old town and the beach was 20-25 min walk from the Apartments Grugovic. Hotel has free parking if you find free place at the street. One night is enough from this apartment... we booked another hotel near the city center (name Apartments Butua) that we like it.

We booked an apartment at www.booking.com, the description the web site was terrific (like new bed linen, kitchen in every apartment, large rooms etc.). BUT when we arrived there, the girl whose name is Elena and who seems to be one of the owners from the Grgurovic family said she was sorry, but we could have the promised apartment with kitchen for a couple of days only! After that we had to move into a tiny 1m X 1m room, which reminded more of a small storeroom, without kitchen, even without a table! And note, Elena did not offer us discount for such inconvenience, she just persisted on the fact that this small room was actually what we had booked online and that nevertheless we could spend some days in the spacious apartment with kitchen because she was so generous and it was her good will!
So, we moved into this tiny room and could only move back into the big apartment just a couple of days before our departure from Budva.
Never book at Grgurovic because they are cheaters. This is not a way to treat the Clients.
P.S. No breakfast if offered, it is about a 25-min walk to the sea.
