You get everything that they say you would. You get the apartmant in the center of Budva for a very reasonable price. The owner is really nice. She also gave us tips for travelling in Montenegro. Also the terrace was very nice and the neighbours are not loud.The aparymant is very clean and the bed is comfortable.
