The apartments are located on a quiet road with mountain and sea views opposite.  There is a small private beach with sun loungers and restaurants and a local shop close by.  And we were able to walk along the sea front to the old town one evening.  The hosts were so friendly and helpful, speaking good English, and we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing views and so relaxing.

The location of this apartment is perfect, about 20 minutes walk from the centre of Kotor but far enough away to be very peaceful in the evenings. There are also bars and restaurants very close to the apartment without going into the centre of Kotor if you do not want to and also a grocery store. 
We had a one bedroom apartment with a balcony and sea view looking over the bay. There is also a lovely little private beach area with sunbeds and private parking (we had a hire car).  
The apartment was spacious, clean, had a great shower and all the facilities we needed for our stay. The wifi connection was also great.
Marco and his wife are really friendly and always on hand to assist you if required.
We would definitely stay here again without hesitation, it was just lovely!

We stayed here from the 24th May for 11 nights and we didn't want to leave. It's hard to find the right words to express what a wonderful stay we had here. The apartments are less than 10 metres from the sea and have their own private beach.  Our ground floor apartment was very spacious, well decorated and equipped. We just gazed at the sea, mountains upon mountains, and so many trees and flowers every day. It was a joy to open the door every morning and just take in the view. In the evenings, we would sit on the patio, or by the sea and do the same thing. The owners, who lived on the premises, were great - they were very accommodating and always checking that we had what we needed.

This apartment was all about location.
We were picked up at the airport with a warm welcome from the owner Marco.He does not speak english except "David Beckham and Man Utd".
The apartment was basic but clean and comfortable, situated on a quiet road next to the waterfront with its own little "beach". Its amazing to watch the cruise liners pass so close. It is a pleasant walk of just over a mile to Kotor old town and there are nice resturants close by. The room maid spoke a little english and was very helpful.
I would recommend the apartments, but don`t expect luxury.
