Bed linen not changed even when covered in chocolate from 2 year old . Floor never cleaned properly. only cleaned where you walked dust and children's snacks left to gather at the sides of the room . 2 days running left without toilet roll so took one from down public toilet.   Meal time is a joke it gave me major anxiety . You have to walk around and around to find a table then you finally find one you have to remove the dirty pots and set the table yourself . This did not happen every time but more than I care to mention .   This includes dragging chairs from another table as they only set tables for 2 people and we where 4 . I asked a female manager for a table to eat at . She could not find one. I kid you not .  I don't recommend this hotel if your a family It's ok if your a couple but they do not cater for kids .  If I ever come again I will pick a different hotel  that can guarantee you a table at meal times.  On a good note food is very nice .

Give this hotel a miss if you are a family . Couples only I feel.

I loved my stay at the hotel. The rooms are nice, cleaned daily, the food in the restaurant is delicious and varied, the grounds are great. The spa area is lovely. Special thanks to the Shorena massage therapist! Excellent specialist, magic hands! Very attentive and worked as efficiently as possible all zones! Massage with warm stones gave complete relaxation. You feel light, the heaviness is gone, the pain is gone. Thank you so much. The atmosphere in the Spa is pleasant, the staff are attentive. Special thanks to Latif from the reception. Very pleasant, attentive, recommends an individual health program for each client. Highly recommendable.

Happy with everything

Hotel was beautiful with amazing views from our room, outside pools also a heated indoor pool within a spa center including use of the jacuzzi at No extra cost.

Outstanding service from a professional team

Pros:
Nice well kept hotel, convenient 2mins for the beach, and good walk along promenade. Rooms were good and linen/towels was clean.
Food on the whole was good although a bit repetitive, it was tasty, but fish was awful and usually frozen tasteless stuff---shame when you are next to the seas ! except on the day they served giant prawns( unlimited) were exceptional! Pasta was always good and tasty.Wine/beer with meal was OK.Breakfast was the best meal, good coffee as well. Deserts were repetitive every day same dry cakes with tons of cream on top.
Lovely terrace for meals out doors and also settee on top floor( next to Spa) with fab views of the bay.
Pretty 40min walk to Budva old town ( cute), thru tunnel and along the seafront. Out of hotel on left about 100m is a small tunnel
( looks like a doorway, but sign says Tunnel/Budva)
1/2 hour run from Tivat Airport---be prepared for chaos from the "newly built airport" long Qs, no proper organisation, not enough seating or restaurants.
All staff were exceptionally pleasant and the chap frying the eggs/steaks, Uros was such a pleasant guy with a big smile and the fastest breaking and frying of eggs!

Cons:
Cocktails were terrible, even though the used good spirits, the mixers were bad.
Rooms were hardly cleaned, although sheets/towels were changed twice in the week. We had a profusion of ants ( not the hotels fault as you can expect, in a hot country, but they provided with insect repellent, whcih kept them at bay. Floor was hardly cleaned and dead ants stayed where they fell.
Mattresses were too hard, although pillows were good.

Iberostar Bellvue Becici Montenegro

Great hotel and holiday. Can't really fault this hotel. If I had to find a negative it would be the view from our room could have been better, but not spending much time in there it didn't bother us. And the beech bar not being open yet but it's just the start of season.
 The room was clean to high standard,  with everything you needed. Comfortable beds and great big pillows. The whole hotel and gardens was spotless with staff working hard all day to keep it that way. The food is probably the best we have had from a all inclusive, so much to choose from all day long. Lots of fresh fruit and salads. They had everything you could want. 
You can walk to the town in about 30 mins or get a taxi outside for about €7-10. The old town is a great place to visit. Kotor is beautiful too.
I would definitely return and hope to in the future.

Fantastic hotel

A really great stay that exceeded the negative reviews.
It's a big resort but makes it not feel crowded.
Rooms are decent quality 4* , clean, functional. Door to balcony was a little tricky.
Reception staff polite and helpful, sorting some issues with the in room safe.
Good idea in the bathroom to have dispensers for shampoo etc rather than miniatures. 
Food was good with roots to local ingredients rather than mass tourist catering. Decent selection but not too much that degrades quality. Plenty of choice, meat, fish, salads, local treats, pasta. Deserts typical of an AI if a little monotonous. I like the local specialities starter type treats on each evening.
Pool area is nice only issue is behaviour of guests sunbed hugging. Towels go down from before sunrise disgraceful,  selfish behaviour. Many left unoccupied. Given you have to provide deposits for towels surprising as I felt like binning some at times.
Good entertainment pool side and games room.
Variety of bars, favourite was the beachside bar. Drinks choice a little limited but just ask for what you like.
Good location near local amenities and other places down the beach.

All round great resort hotel

we went for 11 night easy jet holiday flying to tivat ,30 min transfer ,
we was warmly welcomed ,we had booked a twin garden view ,when we went to our room it was very small ,1 small fitted wardrobe ,not long enough to hang dresses and also no shelfs !! never have i come across a room with no storage ,
we went to reception and asked for advice if we could pay to upgrade to a bigger room ,and we was given a family room ,as presume had a lot empty as we only saw about 15 children in 11 nights ,all back to school .
This room had a triple wardrobe with shelfs and deeper ,also the bathroom was bigger with a shower over the bath ,the twin room only had a shower ,
it was in same block 
we was not charged for the room change ,
So always worth asking ,and we was not charged ,
This was the only issue we encountered and the reception ,dealt with it 100%

the staff are lovely ,helpful ,the food was good quality ,the drinks plenty of choice ,i enjoyed the rose ,and my friend the prosseco .
it is not served in the restaurant ,as self service machines for wine beer water juices etc ,so she just went to the bar before and took 2 glasses into lunch and dinner with her .

DO NOT FORGET the wonderful beach bar hardly any body used ,its lovely and quiet ,for drinks in day or a quiet drink after dinner ,we had some lovely coctails ,and cherry liquor and a choclate liquor  ,remember to read the drink menu card ,they keep behind the bar ,they have johhny walker wiskey and a other branded drinks behind the counter you only have to ask .

sun beds no issue at all in september ,always plenty and lots empty ,we had a couple days on the beach its lovely and with showers and good value 12 -15 euros a day for 2 bed and brolley ,an beach bar is next to it .

And as people have said  before the terrace restaurant sitting out side is just lovely ,you would not get a better view any where ,we got there when opened for lunch 12.30 ,as by 12.45 was full( plenty seats inside) ,and watched the para gliders coming off the mountains ,this was our fav time off holidays ,lovely lunch glass wine fantastic.
In the evenings we went for dinner  later, as same as lunch time filled up quickly so need to arrive at 6.30 pm for outside seat, the lights on the hills are spectacular at night .

well we had a fantastic time ,the hotel areas rooms are cleaned to a very high standard .lovely large white bath towels ,and the pool towels are large and off a very good quality 20 euro returnable deposit 

The grounds garden are maintained so well ,just beautiful .

trips we found a little excursion place just 1 min walk outside the hotel ,we done a lovely all day trip ,to kotor and a boat trip around the coast it was fantastic ,for only 30 euros each ,go and see the lady speaks good english and lots other trips to lakes mountains etc 

just a little note for those returning to tivat airport OMG ,never been to such a small airport ,do not rush to be first in check in Q ,better be last ,as when go through passport and security ,its 1 small area ,1 very small duty free shop ,and no cafe ,only i drink machine need euros  ,so take something to eat drink with you ,also hardly any seats people sitting on the floor ,
i would hate to be delayed

fantastic holiday 

We had asked for a double room with a garden view and were shown into a junior suite. Upgraded at no expense, now what better start to a two week holiday can you have than that? Very large, very comfortable and with a balcony you could really stretch out on.
We were booked into the all inclusive option which didn’t disappoint.
Food choices were always varied and beautifully cooked and presented. A large selection of fruit and salads were always available as an option to cooked food and the dining experience was made even better by a large roofed terrace enabling us to eat outdoors whatever the weather.
Lovely bathing pools, tennis courts, pool bar and cocktail bar near the beach all complimented a complete package that my wife and I found hard to tear ourselves away from at the end of our two weeks.
A last word about one of the most important elements that makes for a good holiday and that it’s how you are treated by the staff. Without exception every member of staff we came into contact with greeted us with a genuine smile and an eager readiness to help in whatever way was needed. Lovely people performing to a high standard and ready to go the extra mile as we found out early into our holiday.
An experience not to be missed, no risks just luxury and pleasure in equal measures.

Montenegro wears the Adriatic crown

This hotel ranges from good to excellent depending on type of the experience you are after. 
Montenegro coastline is basically bunch of small villages with not much difference between them, but Becici is not a bad place to be. Beach is made up from very fine pebbles, you don't need any special shoes to enjoy the sea. In nearby Budva that is not the case - you will cut up your feet on the rocks. However Iberostar is close enough to Budva that you can take a walk to the old town and not feel too tired after round trip. Public transportation stops are almost outside the gates, so that is convenient if you want to take a bus. Busses themselves might not be so convenient though...
Food and drinks will delight pretty much anyone who is not on a strict diet. There are plenty of dish choices, most of which are tastly. "Tap" wines are pretty good. I am not a gourmet, but if you are one you won't stay in a hotel with buffet style catering anyway.
Rooms will always depend, so I won't go into too much detail there. Ours was well cleaned. A/C, while loud, did it's job and kept the room cool. No funky smells or anything like that. I will say that you might want to ask for rooms in section 3 - it appears to be the newest one.
Lastly, and most importantly, service. I can't quite imagine what type of training must the staff here receive. On reception, in restaurants, cleaning - everyone is helpful, friendly and professional. I've stayed in a fair number of hotels and worked in one at some point, you can't take this for granted.
Hotel is very much recommend for a family stay, or if you just want to enjoy relax.


Great hotel with excellent staff

When first shown to our room (Floor 5 in Building  1 - "Priority location") we were stunned by the beautiful views over the sea, the gardens and the pools. Definitely worth this room upgrade. The room itself was fine - but nothing particularly special. The balcony was massive, but short on furniture quantity and quality. Anyway the reception staff immediately arranged supplementary chairs for us.
The staff throughout the hotel are brilliant: friendly, efficient, attentive, attractive and courteous. This is true of the receptionists, maids, the dining and kitchen staff, the grounds personnel and the general cleaners throughout the complex, all of whom went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Everyone took a real pride in their work wherever their duties were.
The buffet style dining was extensive and excellent - for breakfast, lunch and dinner (we stayed on an all-inclusive basis via Jet 2 Holidays). The location of, and the views from the 3rd floor terrace restaurant (the very large outside seating area is one of the best we have ever come across in over 55 years of foreign holidays as a couple - in fact our 53rd anniversary was during our stay) are magnificent. The drinks are very good too, and mostly branded. The wine and beers on tap and the coffee and cold drinks selection are also very adequate. 
The beautifully landscaped and perfectly maintained grounds are very extensive and there is plenty of space around the pools and in the grassy groves of olive and pomegranate trees to sit in sun or shade on the plentiful loungers.
All in all, we were so glad we chose this hotel; others we had considered closer to Budva centre didn't appeal as much, and the amount of road traffic around the town is very bad. (In contrast our hotel was well away from any road and consequent noise.)
So a big thank you to everyone and we hope to re-visit you in the future.
