I hate to write reviews, but my boyfriend said it was needed. What to say? Upon arrival without any receipt, we were asked to cancel our Booking.com reservation because of “problems with the website.” We weren’t even able to relax or unpack or have a minute to ourselves before this request. 

Secondly, the wild beach close by, which was a huge booking point for us, was covered in trash. 

Sheets and towels were changed once during an 8-night stay. Breakfast was terrible—salt and pepper shakers completely empty on every table, coffee almost always empty and full of powder if you were unlucky enough to get the last cup, and there was no fresh fruit. 

Furthermore, I would not recommend this hotel for any couple as most mornings we were woken up at 7am by babies or children crying and screaming from within the hotel and surrounding area. 

Pros were the room and balcony were nice and the air conditioning worked. Overall though, if you advertise as a “hotel,” there are certain amenities required, and this hotel fell drastically short.

Below 3-Star Quality

A quiet place on a hill in a 20-minutes walk from the sea. In case you were registered with booking.com, you are asked to cancel the booking and pay in cash, because of "the problems with booking.com". Breakfasts are poor and unchanging. The could-be terrific view on the sea is spoilt by a half-built construction. Towels changed, litter bin emptied, and floor washed every 3 days, sheets changed every 6 days. Occasionally hot or even cold water and light can be switched off for few hours. Very poor wi-fi connection. No hairdriers and no soap in the rooms. The hotel manager was unfriendly and discontented. Every question is followed by the answer "We have problems with...". The beach and the way to it is really, really dirty: cans, bottles, condoms, wraps, toilet paper, etc.

Dirty coastline and slippy hosts

A quiet place with a beautiful view from the room. The staff was very helpful, especially Dragan. The hotel is on the mountain and the city is about 2 km from the hotel, so it would be better to get there by car.

Pretty well

Beautiful wild beach only for a 15 min walk in the forest. In the hotel everyone was helpful. The other beach was a bit dirty, but it doesn't matter, because we went to the clean one. The city was only for a 25 min walk.

Very satisfied

Beautiful hotel with a 20 min hike to wild beach where you can relax in unspoilt surroundings in privacy - there were only 2 other people on the beach with us - it is a wild beach so no drinks vendors or restaurants so take what you want and the hike is through a forest so take trainers! 
Good food and best skopska salad! Parking provided and we had room overlooking sea which was beautiful with balcony where we sat in evening. Very basic but that's what we expected and was very happy with value for money.
Downside was the bathroom was small and when we showered water went EVERYWHERE !! Also a lot of unfinished building work nearby but was not being worked on and didn't spoil view too much
Staff really friendly and good wifi.
