For a three star hotel it could do a lot better. They have charged me more than the booking cost was. Doors and windows are not sound proof so it’s very noisy in the room even at night time. Breakfast was awful. Basis food. No soaps in the bathroom. Lifts are old and very scary. Staffs don’t understand basic English. It was very hard to communicate with them. I had to take shower in cold water as it took 15 minutes to get hot water. I have stayed in worst hotel with better service than this one. We asked for extra pillows for the bed but was told they can’t provide extra pillows as only one allowed per room. The advertised free parking space but we had to find parking space on the street and pay guards to look after the car. If you like cold food and cold coffee then this is your hotel. Otherwise not.

Not a good hotel.

By far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in my entire life. I never even think to leave reviews, but came on especially to warn people not to stay here.

Cleaners took our towels one day then just never replaced them, we came back from the beach around 6pm and asked how long they would be - we were told fresh towels would be brought to the room in 30 minutes. Never came, an hour later we asked again and they couldn’t give us an answer and that they were waiting for them to come from another hotel ?? 

We ended up dripping dry and unable to properly dry as we needed to eat. We asked again at 10:30pm and still no towels. At 11:15pm someone knocked on our door to deliver towels - not much use, we were now in bed. 

Rooms - filthy. There were hairs in the bathroom when we arrived, along with a dirty shower base. 

Air con didn’t work - we booked the hotel because it said it had air con. 47*c at night and no air on. Fabulous. 

Pool - never cleaned, could probably make you ill. 

Hotel is open for anyone to walk in, along with all the stray cats, which roam around the breakfast room (at breakfast) and jump on the tables.

Breakfast - 3/10, limited orange juice, no water & a fight over food 

The receptionist told us upon arrival we’d not booked despite us stood there with our printed booking receipt confirmation. After a while of searching it ‘appeared’. Customer service on the front desk was awful, excuses given constantly but never just a simple apology. 

Noisy until around 4am most nights, no control over other guests, children and adults loud all night.

Fleas on the chairs downstairs (from the stray cats wandering in). 

Only highlight was the restaurant staff, they were polite, friendly and funny. 

Oh and also - no toilet roll. Anywhere. Downstairs looks basically never had any in and we had to continuously ask for toilet roll as they tended to give us barely any. 

Also it’s a trek to the centre and not really the best walk there. We got taxis to and from the beach everyday because you couldn’t swim in the pool. 

Do yourselves a favour and stay anywhere in Agadir but here. 

I saw many other lovely looking hotels and heard great reviews from other visitors to the fabulous city - just avoid this hotel at all costs. 


DO NOT STAY 

Absolutely scandalous and disgusting filthy do not stay here people I also had a large amount of money taken by the cleaner from the suitcase in the room.
Avoid at all costs the pictures are decieving what a horrible place to stay in so loud and dusty cannot get a good sleep bed all stains in and towels grey and stained avoid

Do not stay

From outside it looks pretty good so is corridors nicely tiled, as you enter the lift absolutely filthy, they only take cash no card at all which is very inconvenient, rooms are dirty, bedsheets absolutely disgrace, bathroom, toilet filthy broken tiles coming off the walls, report the reception they aren’t interested, pictures are deceiving please don’t book it. We booked for three nights which most of time we spent outside the hotel, couldn’t sleep, was happy to leave and had a good night sleep at premier inn Stansted airport. Morroco hotels got their own star rating they are so backwards, so becareful booking a 3 star means no star and a four star be a 3 star most likely.

Very bad experience with hotels and the shopping. Shop keepers in Marrakesh market are absolutely ripp off…

the staff in general are very good and helpful especially the catering team. just a recommendation to senator management is to ask cleaners to change bed sheets daily and clean floors with disinfectant to get rid off crawlies.

Don’t book it ! 
Unfortunately I had a very bad luck with this hotel
I decided to take a 2 week vacation with my infant to Agadir , but I stayed just 4 nights and changed hotels . (Moved to La Suite Boutique) 

First night I’ve had a late flight (21:00) , and the room wasn’t ready…and it took almost 40 minutes to get to the room with the slooow check in.
When I got in, it wasn’t the same as I booked. Went down, they give me a single bed room , they said until the next day. And that room had another door to the other customers room. Very unsufe . 2 days go by, and no room change . Day 3 they changed the room, but surprise, no cleaning for 2 days , as we went to the beach it was sand on the floor. 

No towels just if you ask, they give you. But they take it in the morning and bring it to you back in the evening…

A big minus -> No sunbed by the pool. AND EVERY customer from the cafeteria/ patiseria can stay and eat / drink at the tables while you want to take a bath in the pool. It is veryyyyy uncomfortable! And it s open just from 12-17:00. 30 degrees and you are not even allowed to use the pool properly.

MUSIC veryyyyy loud from 10:00-23:00…which I think is very shocking ! You can feel the vibration in the window room. 
And Saturday they party on the terrace , till past midnight. After 4 days I left, just because I didn’t had the time to move with my infant sooner .
I do not recommend this hotel for no one . 

Good staff! Wonderful staff at the reception, at the restaurant + patisserie! But just them.

DON’T RECOMMEND IT!

Ever imagined a hotel room with no bedsheets on..? Well this is the uniqueness of this hotel… 
Staff was polite and good 
Sleep quality very poor
Air conditioning doesn’t work at all, breakfast was ok nothing wow about it, location is the only good thing because it’s very next door the the famous souk of the city. 

Final word JUST AVOID IT.

Avoid

we were disappointed and not at all satisfied with the reception and customer service of this hotel.
We received the confirmation and we took the road for 30 minutes. Arrived at the reception at 10 p.m. the receptionist with a cold welcome and without any attention told us that the hotel is full and that we have been notified by email from the hotel. Verification made on site, no notification received from the hotel.

No room with a confirmation

The hotel was amazing, peaceful and luxurious. Whilst staying here we met one of the staff who went above and beyond for us. His name was abdul, he directed us to activities all around the city for cheaper than advertised online, he helped us communicate with natives. If you do go to the hotel its a must to ask for him(abdul) and get your proper holiday experience.

Amazing hotel and even better staff

I booked the hotel before I read any reviews - and I am really pleased that I did as there appeared to be a complete bag of opposite opinions, some of which were quite off-putting.

Our stay was literally delightful from the moment we arrived right up to the day of our departure. We found the Reception staff (night and day) over and above helpful, professional and friendly. There were no rooms with balconies available when I booked but when one did became available on our third day we were offered it immediately. We loved having that balcony!

The two ladies who cleaned our room were just gorgeous and it was a pleasure to see them everyday. Thank you Jamila and Soukiana!

The breakfast offered was really good; tasty, nutritious and with a bit of variation over the days. Wasn't mad about their coffee but that's personal taste.

During the day, there was music played from the cafe by the pool. In the first week it was all Arabic and was a poignant and soothing 'theme tune' for our surroundings. 

Last word would be to say that our first week fell on the last week of the holy month of Ramadan. Things are not the same during this month of fasting. Many of the cafes and restaurants are closed. I admired the staff for continuing to work cheerfully. For those in the kitchens cooking and serving food and who were probably fasting themselves, well, they deserve a medal.

While not denying anybody's experience I would like to let you know that there are some people out there who try to take advantage of every situation. We personally witnessed one tourist who ranted and raved that her room had not been prepared and cleaned. The Manager immediately went to check and found everything to be in good order and that the bed she claimed had not even been made, was indeed made. Not sure if she wanted an upgrade or free accommodation or what, but people like that come under names that Trip Advisor would advise us not to use!
