We rented two room here for one night. You can park right up front. Service was great, everything was easy.  The rooms were simple but very nice with nice decor and a private bathroom.  There was plenty of warm water and everything was in working order and very clean.
There is a large terrace that includes some seating corners and tables and also the pool.   The pool is small but nice, perfect to cool off in.
The hotel is located on the main road through the new part of Ait Benhaddou, it is in walking distance of the old part and you have a partial view from the terrace.
Dinner and breakfast were delicious.
I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Location and Price

We had a great time at the hotel with our 3 young kids (9, 8 and 5).  We stayed for 2 nights on the way to the desert and then another 2 nights on the way back to Marrakech.  Abdou and his staff were excellent - very welcoming and were great with the kids.  The food was tremendous.  The hotel is very well located being a short walk to the Kasbah.  We’ll most certainly be back.

Excellent four night stay

The quality/price ratio is unbeatable. abdul is an amazing person and the treatment with him was great. he speaks five languages and will be available for whatever you need. the hotel has good views, good rooms with wifi, air conditioning and private bathroom. the breakfast is abundant. we will be back, sure.

The best accommodation in Ait Ben Haddou

The hotel's parking lot is on the street. The staff is friendly, available. Good dinner and plenty of breakfast. Finally a place where there is also a pet Daddy the cat who accompanies the guests and wanders around the outdoor and indoor communal spaces. Finally a place where you express humanity towards an animal, which is unusual compared to most places visited, where dogs and cats wander around the streets and streets abandoned to themselves in search of some food.

Nice and spacious private rooms, good front parking, great location to visit both Kasbaho if you want to go to Ourzazate, good food at reasonable prices.

It is very good hotel on an affordable price. The hosts were very kind and welcomed us with tasty tea, the rooms were very clean and beautifully designed, and the breakfast was super tasty. Also the location is perfect, walking five minutes to the kasbah and you have a great view from the terrace. I fully recommend it to everyone!

Great place!

Moroccan hostel rather charming Family visit Pleasant and useful staff Very unusual room But without hot water and sometimes without water at all depending on the use of other hosts(a little limited) The pool is small and dirty despite the efforts of the staff to get the pool back to its blue color so several days without being able to bathe a little damage. Nice hostel for 1 night or 2 but not more.

Atypical but a little too much

Very cozy location, clean and air-conditioned rooms, excellent price ratio, good food, the hosts are always watching you and helping you in everything.

Our trip to Ait Ben Haddou was amazing, but unfortunately the staff let this hotel down. Myself and 2 other girls stayed here for 4 nights but seemed to be the only guests for the first 3 days. Because of this I believe the staff didn't make any effort to make us feel welcome and the hospitality was bellow average. We found it odd that all of the staff wore comfortable clothing (e.g tracksuits) the majority of our stay until the last day when a bus load of guests arrived and the staff began to wear smart outfits (e.g shirt and black trousers)

Pro's:
1. The location was good, a nice view of the Ait Benhaddou Kasbah and surrounding areas. Drive-able distances to other attractions.  2. Breakfast was good (when you got it) 3. Facilities all available.
4. Food in hotel restaurant was tasty and cheap

Con's:
1. Facilities were all available but only upon request (e.g towels and hairdryer)
2. The staff were undermining and unwelcoming and unhelpful. They laughed at us when we asked questions about tourist attractions/trips. 
3. The staff lied to us, agreeing to do an early breakfast one morning and then did not get up (no one was awake in the hotel) and cost us an expensive lunch and lied saying they saw us leave in the morning when no one was up (all the lights were off and there was silence in the hotel.) 
4. The staff intervened with our taxi booking to the airport on the final day, costing us to nearly lose our taxi service to get our flight in time (they told him we had left the hotel because we had to check out at 12 so had to leave the premises, but we had just gone to a nearby cafe and had arranged with the taxi driver to pick us up outside the hotel) 
5. We would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel if they want even decent customer service - even the manager was rude.

Overall, I would suggest to stay clear of this hotel during off-peak seasons when the hotel is quiet, although the location was ideal.

Nice hotel but staff were awful

A nice hotel in Berber style, with fairly large and comfortable rooms. Good position to visit Ait Ben Haddou, even if in the tourist crowds of the famous Unesco-protected place. Friendly staff in reception and service. Dinner and breakfast quite good. Reasonable price.
