I arrived as a group of 13 people for stag party. As soon as I got to the hotel it to look just like the pictures. Garden areas and living areas maintained by staff. But that was it.
The staff were very rude from the beginning. The receptionist demanded to be paid everyday she was there which was her trying to trick us. She also wouldn't give us the extra bed I paid for until I spoke to the owner. They would not make us breakfast unless we went and bought the items which is also what I did not agree to.

We had the whole hotel/villa to ourselves, on day 2, a group of us went to the pool and came back to our room to see that the maid had cleaned our rooms. We also found that between 3 of us that a combined amount of £280 was missing from our wallets.
A bottle of vodka mysteriously went missing and a few items i bought for the pool.

Some of the doors for the rooms were not able to be locked. There were some toilets/baths for rooms that were covered in insects or had no hot water.

In all, the worst hospitality. It looks great on my pictures but the hotel/villa  needs a lot of work done.

Hello after our stay with my little family we discovered a little haven of peace.to tell you we even stayed one more night not planned in our program but without any regrets we even felt shark-like by the climate and the relaxation and the good cuisine and especially the welcome that was given to us our stay was successful the only little hic if you have a little pet avoid him having fun with the little crabs lol he did ps:hamam massage it's a form of rebirth ambre and his little family

We went there with my husband for a WE in love. Unfortunate welcome: the manager had forgotten us when we were the only customers of the WE! She didn't even come to welcome us. Everything is cheap in this hotel! Room in bad condition, no renovation obviously since opening: broken light bulbs, disgusting bath mat, dirty bathtub, balcony barrier (dangerous even shaky bass table missing). Very poor quality lunch, really disgusting. Besides, it is far from Marrakech (15 minutes by car). Only positive point: large room. Worst hotel experience!

Avoid it at all costs.

A great stay in this house with excellent suites, very pleasant service, the boss is charming and very good advice, a beautiful view near the pool (the snowy mountains in the distance), the garden is a haven of peace very well maintained, the calm at the door of the tumultuous Marrakech!!!!!!!

It's very nice

I've been going to this riad for over 3 years, impeccable service, available staff and discrete, the setting is the most conducive to rest, the food is simply divine, the atmosphere is friendly(I've even made friends I see regularly in Casablanca) and I think it's fabulous that the hosts have been able to breathe a spirit like their Dar.
