I have been to Morocco a couple of times and twice stayed at this hotel. The atmosphere of the place is amazing and cozy. The owners are very friendly and hospitable. You feel at home. If you are passing through the region, it is also worthwhile to stop for lunch, because the food is very good. Anyway the place is highly recommended. Ana Rocha

Excellent

Even though the Hotel was already closed, the friendly personal was waiting for us at 23h and let us in. We had no aircondition in the Hotel in Alnif. So they arranged for us to shift to Auberge Kasbah Meteorites, where we had a warm welcome. The situation of the Auberge is exciting because of the surrounding landscape. The Hotel needs a little renovation, to bring it up to date again. It was a joy to swim in the lovely big pool. The garden is beautiful and the decorations in the restaurant are special. The Renault car along the N12 is a nice symbol and gives a little Route 66-feeling.

On June 14th, 2019, I made a stone dwarve out of seven stones on the other side of the road N 12 (see the photographs). I wonder if this stonepile is still there? Would be nice to know.

Pleasant stay

The Hotel is laid out in a pleasing manner and our large party easily accommodated.
The evening meal was quite good (but unfortunately was offered again on the second night). Breakfast was limited. We found the staff helpful and welcoming.
The negative is that it is obvious that many of the rooms need maintenance and repair.

Cheap beer

After a recent stay at this hotel, I'm amazed that there are good reviews! A hotel with leaking pipe work and a shower that would not drain away, together with broken furniture and a single solitary light bulb in the room cannot merit any stars as a rating. The whole place needs some urgent maintenance to fix things that are broken as the hotel might have been okay a few years ago - not so now. Swimming pool looked good until inspection revealed broken tiles on the pool surround - foot injury likely; given the state of neglect about this place - I wouldn't like to swim in the water!!

In the interests of fairness - the food was not bad but could not redeem what amounted to an uncomfortable and unpleasant stay.

Awful! I'd give zero stars if I could

I ve been there with my friends, the staff were unfriendly and even disrespectful.
Rooms are dusty and full of moisture.
Toilets no need to mention them all smelly and you can't get the job done.
I don't recommend it to anyone.
There are other hotels few miles away.
