The rooms were very comfortable and clean, with everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, ready to help us at any time. It was an amazing weekend.

Nice hotel right in the middle of the medina very clean and well organized. It feels like home and Rachida is really listening. From the terrace we have a beautiful view of the woods and the sea I highly recommend

The reception, the service, the room was perfect A very quiet place in the medina A parking lot outside the medina 5 minutes walk from the Riyadh The paintings, the architecture, everything is richly decorated A very beautiful discovery near Casablanca and Eljadida

The riad 7.. which I have known for a few years, remains a place that I love.. the view.. the welcome.. the cleanliness.. everything is in line to spend a pleasant stay.. the fare is also very attractive, the breakfast is very rich and varied..

Riad 7... O'TOP

I spent one night in Azemur and stayed in Riyadh 7. The riad is nice and well maintained. There is a nice terrace overlooking the oed. The reception was excellent and the food very good. I recommend it if you are coming to Azemur.

Riad style and warm welcome

I spent a good week in the Riad with a Friend, we had really relaxing time and we felt like home. 
You can feel the Morocco vibe inside the Riad, characteristic breakfast, comfortable room and a very kind and pleasant manager, Rashida. 



Friendly and Chill stay

My wife and I spent two nights in this Riyadh, it was beautiful. The room was clean and tidy. The royal breakfast, not to mention Rachida's very friendly welcome:) I recommend without moderation.

Calm and friendly

We came to this riad for two days with my husband. The reception is nice and the food in the evening is simple and good.... but the meals are expensive for what they are. (there are much cheaper restaurants for the same quality!) The room had obviously not been cleaned well (we found a condom packing next to the bed.... well glauced), the rooms are small, the whole set is old with a rather old mattress and not very comfortable, broken lamps, really cheap lamps... The bathroom is a separate room from the room served by a shower curtain, for the interior it is not top... We wanted to get out of the basement of the house a little bit... but at times we could not get out of the bathroom, but at least we could see a nice place in Gutar, but at times we could not get out of the house because the rooms are more comfortable, but at times the rooms are very nice, and the rooms are very nice, and the rooms are very nice.

medium enough overall

Was bowled over by a much-reduced price on this riad, and the manageress gave us a free upgrade. The place has been tastefully restored and is filled with paintings collected by the Swiss owner. The bed was very comfortable.The breakfast is very good: an egg, very good freshly cooked pancakes, toasted bread, nice jam and honey. The service generally very helpful. Lovely multi-levelled terrace, with a view of the waves breaking on the beach a few miles away. A view as well of the river which runs past the medina, and over the roofs of the old town. The manageress is very helpful and suggested a trip to the Kasbah of Boulouane, about 60km away, that was really enjoyable and off the tourist track. She also recommended the shine or a local saint, which is at the mouth of the river by the sea, a p[lace of pilgrimage for locals and not to be missed. Marrakesh's Djama El Fnaa on a much smaller and more authentic scale. the beach is not much. I would recommend Azemmour as an unspoilt place and Riad 7 is a good place to go.  We went back there second time, on our way back from Fez to Marrakesh. It's that good.

Charming and atmospheric riad in the medna

This Riad offers so much. A walk through old medina allowing you to see what the real, authentic life there is like. Nice, warm and friendly staff who you can turn to whenever you need a piece of advice. Authentic Moroccan cuisine. Spacious and clean rooms. Beautiful view from the roof. Really worth staying.
