We stayed one night in the Kasbah del Sur in the course of a six day tour with Desert Explored.  The whole of that period was exceptionally cold but this home had wood burning closed stoves in the living room, electric convector heater in our bedroom and, unbelievably joyful, an electric blanket in the bed!  The warmest, most comfortable night we had during the six day trip.
This is an unusual review due to the climatic conditions but I must stress that, in addition we were most impressed by the further attributes of our host, a talented artist whose paintings of primitive humans and animals decorate the walls, the superb dinner which he had prepared, and his knowledge generally of the area which he was happy to share with us.  We would have been more than glad to have stayed longer but our planned schedule didn't allow for it.

An Oasis of Comfort and Warmth

We enjoyed a wonderful 3 day trip to the Sahara, including camels riding, overnight in the desert, visit to a nomad family, a 4x4 Dakar experience and a visit to the Saf Saf oasis. Not to forget our amazing host Hassan who treated us with the best food and friendly manners. We felt like in our own house!!

Amazing desert experience!

Had an an amazing stay with my partner.... Stayed for 3 days and took advantage of the excursions on offer which included a trip to visit the nomads and the oasis along with a toured trip to the village. The Camel rides were awesome. Lahcene was very hospitable  and open for Morocco, we even had a mini concert with the locals. The food was delicious, a real cultural shock. The room was surprisingly clean considering the dust  that was everywhere. Would definitely stop over there again.

What a find

4 girls in the desert with Nuria and her wonderful team during Easter week 2015. Unforgettable experiences, day trips to the oasis of Saf Saf, the dunes or Erg Chebbi, the market in Rissani, the route of the thousand Kasbahs and many other wonderful moments. But the best was the peace and tranquility in Nuria´s House - Kasbah Luna del Sur - hand built with love and imagination. The people are wonderful, the food beyond excellent and the drums at night a real treat.

Lasen and Bosso was the absolute best host! They always looked after us very well. I felt very comfortable here like my home.
They made a different type of breakfast and Moroccan traditional dinner every day.
It was really delicious!
Lasen took us to the oasis 'Safsaf', there is a one of the best place to be relax. We spent a wonderful time and we had a nice lunch there.
You can't think anything that was not surprisingly fulfilled. It was an unforgettable experience. 

I highly recommend visiting Kasbah luna del sur, you won't regret it.
