    Never forget items of any value in this hotel. If you call the next day to ask if they want to send it to you, they just say they haven't found it. While my son indicated exactly where it was in the room and I saw it. But unfortunately it was assumed that he would take it himself. The cleaner could probably use it himself

Never forget items 

As a family we had a lovely time at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and kind with us all the time. The suites were big, clean and also very comfortable to sleep. The spa was amazing, the food at the restaurant was very tasty and traditional, the swimming pool was open and we enjoyed it a lot. Ibrahim the receptionist was very nice with us, thank you so much🙏

Excellent treat

My Wife and I visited Fes and stayed at the hotel. The hotel location is set outside the old town but very easily accessible by cheap taxi rides to the old town. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and has a great pool. Moreover the staff were incredibly polite and professional especially Ibrahim who arranged our tour guide and assisted us daily with our questions. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Fes.

Fantastic base location to discover Fes

Enjoyed the stay. Very pleasant location. Nice staff. Very beautiful and clean hotel. Enjoyed the views from the room as well as from the top floor swimming pool area. Well maintained property. Would love to stay here again for the same great experience we had.

Varied breakfast with omelettes made to order
Pool is so nice. Don't understand the negative comments about the location - yes it's across the road but you have food and drinks available, plus a block with toilets, changing rooms, lockers and showers
Away from the confusion of the medina

Cons (all very minor): 
Can hear other (noisy) guests but that is the same with most hotels 
WiFi dodgy in some areas (my room it kept cutting out, gym it didn't work but it was fine everywhere else including pool) 
Don't book it for the gym! It is a couple of broken machines - take some resistance bands and do some workouts in your room instead. 

I loved this hotel, it was amazing value for money and I have been recommending it to everyone. I had a great time there. 



Absolutely fantastic stay in a beautiful hotel with lovely staff, great pool and delicious breakfast. 

Although it is not so close to Fes center, it is a very nice hotel. Comfortable rooms, Good food (breakfast & dinner), Helping team for any question or needs. I visited the hotel last week (Nov 16-17 2021) for 2 nights) with a group (23 people. I'm tour leader) and had no complains from anyone. (Rarely with Israeli groups).

I liked it very much

Bright reception area looks promising as does initial entry to bedroom that was a good size.  Sparsley furnished and tiny bathroom, with a shower cubicle so small you turned the water off whenever you moved.  Sliding wardrobe door jammed and off runners so couldn't be used.  General air of neglect and not particularly clean.  Breakfast room uninviting and food and choice poor even by Moroccan standards.  Not very well located for town centre or other facilities nearby.  Little reason to choose this hotel.

First impression soon fade.

Great hotel located in new Fes. Cheap taxi ride to the Médina. Rooms were clean and tidy. Great air conditioner and TV. Elevator and wifi in the lobby. Staff were very friendly. Loved the pool over the road. Breakfast was delicious too. 

Friendly and clean 

Hotel is located near an industrial zone, with nothing within walking distance to interest a tourist. There is also a mosque closeby because the call to prayer woke me at 4.00 or 5.00 one morning. 
Room was large with a decent shower and there is a decent pool and garden (although on the other side of the road). Bar was reasonably priced, 25Dh for a beer however the breakfast and dinner were average. Wifi only available at reception however customers of the bar could use the bar wifi, which was much better.

Poor location 

The rooms that we had are spacious. We stayed on the highest floor and the hotel does not have an elevator in the building, so we had to use the staircase with our luggage. Their parking and swimming pool is across the road which is a bit unpleasant. Anyhow, the lobby is very beautiful and is good for taking photos.
