The best staff team ever I've experienced. Rather felt like visiting good old friends than being a guest. Kindest people, always ready to help. I wish every 2nd hotel had a team like this.
The building is breathtaking. One extra point is when you leave the hotel, you just get into the middle of the Medina-lifestyle. Perfect.

Beautiful, clean rooms and hall. Nicest people.

A delightful Riad in New Fes. Comfortable rooms and Very good breakfasts. Quiet spot on Rooftop where you could watch storks in their Nests In  the many minarets....Great medinas . A little difficult finding a good spot for dinner so had to make do with a  fairly ordinary café.

A Relaxing Two nights

We stayed at this Riad for 2 nights. The rooms we had were spacious. The bathroom was big, the shower and toilet was working well. We stayed on the 1st floor, the beds were comfortable and the air-condition for heat worked well and was away from the beds and quiet. It can be a bit noisy up to late at night, however, I live in the middle of town, so I am used to nightly noise, which does not bother me. The Wifi doesn't work well in the rooms, but on the corridors, its ok, and there is seating available. Breakfast was plentiful, with eggs, cheese, croissants, Moroccon pancakes and staff was helpful. I drink only hot water in the morning, and they brought me a whole pot, not just a cup. I was really touched.

Riad Rena

Very comfortable and spacious and situated in the heart of the market
Friendly staff and good food. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our room was spacious and comfortable. It was more like a bachelor flat. There was a small lounge area, kitchen area with a microwave, sink and countertop and a very comfortable bed. We loved the place.
They do have WiFi which is not very reliable. The range is probably limited.
The place is not easy to find. The taxi driver took us to another place and left us there. We then found out that it was the wrong place! After much debating a few of the locals guided an old fellow with a kind of push cart to this place. He loaded Our bags onto his cart and told us it was close! After a 45 minute walk in the heat we finally arrived exhausted! 

 


Charming Traditional place.

Even though the street this Riad is located on is very busy during the day, the riad offers a nice quiet place to rest. The rooms are modern yet have a traditional look. The staff was very helpful and friendly (also for our 15 month old daughter). We decided to dine in on our first night here, the food was a bit pricy but certainly worth it.

Nice luxury Riad

We stayed here for 2 nights while in Fes. It was booked for our group on our tour. Our room was nice and roomy. The shower was really small and leaked all over the bathroom floor. The WiFi in this Riad was horrible and only worked on the bottom floor which was inconvenient when you were tired and wanted to lay in your room. They really need to have better working WiFi this day and time. It was located in the Medina and nothing really around to eat so we walked to the shopping mall about 30 minutes away. If WiFi is important to you don’t choose this place.

Ok place to stay

Riad Reda is located in the middle of very animated souks, from the main road you need few minutes walk to get to the entrance. The Riad is beautiful with a beautiful patio but it was so disappointing because it is understaffed. Rooms are modern style inside.
Simo the manager is very friendly, welcoming and nice but cannot be everywhere and manage all kind of problems in the Riad, in the rooms and the kitchen.
The WiFi is also a problem and do not work well.
We were a big group and probably filled all the rooms in the Riad. 
Dinner was ok but again service was a problem as Simo has only one person helping.
A lot of guests talked about Plumbery problems and also how towels, shampoo and soap were not replaced.
A simple control from the room serve would probably made a big difference for the guests.

Charming but understaff

Very bad experience in this Riad. 
There is a discrepancy between the decorated patio and the rooms. They are very basic with installation problems with the toilets and the shower. 
Breakfast is poor with powder-based orange juice and dry bread. No Moroccan tea available except for bad black English tea. 
The behavior of the owner is arrogant and selfish. 
We were supposed to stay two nights however we left after one night to another lively Riad in Fes 



Bad experience

We looked in here as it looked promising for next time in Fes, and it seemed to be a lovely building in nice location. The sign on the door said "ouvert" but reception was dark and unstaffed, we wandered in thinking we might ask to look at a room for next time. Eventually a casually dressed young man welcomed us,.and invited us to have a drink in the lovely courtyard. My husband asked for fresh orange juice, (everywhere else we had been in fes a small boy would be sent out for something if it wasn't in the kitchen) but we were told only carton available. We waited so long I am sure he had to send out even for this. There were no other guests, at 4.30 pm, but lots of kitchen staff having their break and cigarettes with very noisy teenagers at a table near us. The Orange juice and a coke cost an outrageous 50 Dm, the man then kept us waiting as he said he could not change 100. The toilets were locked, and when I asked he told me there were no toilets for public use. I felt we had entered some kind of twilight zone which operated solely for the benefit of the (plentiful) staff where guests were an inconvenience.  Fortunately for the traveller, there are masses of other gorgeous buildings in fes, and some have great service at reasonable prices. 
Finally I have just looked at their website and they seem to be saying there is a beach nearby; well, sure there is the Sahara, but not many people regard that as a beach resort!
