We spent one night in Villa Boujouf. A very pleasant stay, with good and spacious rooms and a large central area for relaxation. Our reception was very welcoming; we made an interesting visit to the nearby kasbah museum, and enjoyed a nice walk on our own through the dade palm forest. Our host provided us with a tasty aperitive, followed by a copious dinner. Nice discussions with him and our fellow guests. It was made complete by a visit to the roof terrace were several professional telescopes opened up a beautiful view to the sky. Good beds, nice breakfast. We certainly  would like to return again! Strongly recommended.

Beautiful, friendly and quiet oasis!

We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed the hospitality of Mohammed. Great place , nice rooms and very good kitchen . Nice basis to move into the desert, towards remote beaches (plage Blanche),  or to wander into a real oasis.
Great laid back place for kids too.

16 Kms before reaching the southern Moroccan city of Guelmim, on the road to Asrir, is the beautiful Oasis Tighmert and it is here you will find the relatively new Villa Boujouf.

Set within its' walled garden, the traditional Villa Boujouf is the perfect place to relax in the serenity of the palmeraie.  Cushioned sitting areas are scattered around the traditional internal courtyard.   There are 7 spacious double rooms with sumptuous bedding, a separate sitting area and attached ensuite, superbly decorated with ornate tiles. The rooms can be adapted to accommodate 3 or 4 if required.

Of an evening guests enjoy each others company, in an informal setting, whilst dining on French or Moroccan cuisine at the 'long table' in the central courtyard.  Breakfast is available alfresco on the terrace, in your room, or the courtyard. Although the meals are not included in the price of accommodation, they are delicious, generous, and well worth the extra. Arriving late in the afternoon, we were welcomed with traditional mint tea and biscuits; not having had lunch, this was followed by the best omelette and salad I have eaten in Morocco. Parking is available on the property. Wifi is also available.

I highly recommend Villa Boujouf.
