Nice places, Nice staff,  punctual in their service, the appartements are clean ,located close to tetouan and ceuta,
Every summer we decide to spend holidays there because we find it very ideal for our family. 
Thank you for all the staff and happy to came back again and again

Idéal for family

Overall It was good staycation with my family. However, the service need some improvement such as the cleaning services, provide porter service to help with the luggage. By the way this is the second time that i come to same hotel because its location, the flats are spacious and well equipped, and very very family friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Loutfi and his team for their support during our stay.

No one has to avoid running catastrophic service limit no drugs no towels no parking space personal who don't know the deafening smile noise of the playground has a short rating to avoid for people looking for calm

Unfortunately for the vaccine

After paying a total amount of 9,000 Dh for 6 nights, we arrive at the designated apartment to find a disgusting smell all over the house. There were plumbing problems that they did not want to fix despite our multiple complaints, and in + they did not want to change our apartment. After completely wasting our first day, we decide to go and find another hotel, to face the administration with insolent, careless, and inexperienced young people who tell us that it is non-refundable!

It's horrible.

A place to do a good job, a place that's a little more expensive than a hammer and a cabo, a nice and attentive staff, a place that's done for a week or two after we've done nothing, and a very nice swimming pool near the beach.

Relaxation

Hotel apart very nice with an interesting children's play area and water park. The family was very happy to find plenty of things to do and not get bored. Unfortunately the staff of the hotel is inexperienced and careless. Only trainees. The service is provided only if you insist. It's a shame the place is beautiful but the service is missing a lot.

Aboutahir

I stayed there for 9 nights. I was at the rdc the door that looks out onto the terrace didn't close, water leaked into the bathroom, one sheet for 4, no towels, no laundry rack, no toilet paper, no wifi in the rooms, didn't see the maid during the stay...I demanded, asked for a refund, saw the manager, no follow up. we always tell you yes, we're taking care of it and nothing follows. We take my claim, we're talking about the wind, I was all there.
