We were taken here for lunch by our tour leader. I don’t think we would have known it was there otherwise. It’s a beautiful building and we went up to the third floor for lunch. The menu had tapas, pizzas, small bites and plenty of choice. Alcohol was available. It’s a lovely place to sit up on the rooftop. Service was very good and food good too.
It’d be a lovely spot to spend the afternoon with a bottle of wine.

We wouldn’t have known it was there …

Stayed with my family last week.Should have avoided looking at the genuine reviews!Paid lot of money for the stay and for the same amount could have stayed in good 4 star hotels.Pictures and videos are deceiving,don't fall for it!!!!!As soon as we entered the room,we just wanted to get out from there.My daughter started crying and didn't want to stay there.Very dark,sticky floors,water from the taps was smelly.Breakfast was not great but manageable.Stayed in a different Raid after few days which was lot cheaper and much much better than this.We were feeling very low staying there for few days and just wanted to get out asap.Please avoid this Riad at any cost and save your money and book somewhere else.

We travelled to Marrakesh to take part in the annual marathon. 
The Riad was well located right in the heart of the city a km from the start finish line. And only short taxi ride away from the airport.

Local attractions such as the Bari Palace were a short walk away. 

Rooms and restaurants were all well maintained and clean.

The skybar was well located with great views over the city. The food was always good and reasonable priced. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The daily breakfast was simple but certainly a good start to the day. Again staff were friendly and accommodating.

Ideally located in the heart of the city.

We had a fantastic stay at the Riad Mabrouk which is right in the heart of the city, only a few hundred metres from the bustling main square. The rooftop bar and restaurant is a superb place to watch the sunset with great views over Marrakech. The room was comfortable, the decor was full of character, and the staff were all delightful, making us feel very welcome. 
One comment I would make is that the breakfasts felt a bit limited without fruit, so I would suggest these were added to the selection. Moroccan oranges are absolutely delicious so the option to enjoy some at breakfast would be very welcome! The option of a hot omelette each morning was very nice, though. 
Overall, very impressed with this place and can highly recommend it to people wanting to experience the craziness of the Marrakech Medina close-up! 

A charming riad in the centre of it all.

All the staff are super attentive and willing to help you with everything you need.The location is perfect, it is in the medina but not in the middle of the mogollon which makes you at once calm and in 2 minutes walking you are in one of the main streets.The riad is beautiful, the Attarine room is amazing, and the garden and pool as an oasis.The breakfast is varied and rich and the dinner is very good too.The truth is that we were delighted and will undoubtedly repeat it if we return to Fez.

An oasis in the Medina of Fez

After four days of hectic touring around, I found this bar and restaurant in the back street of el Fna, it was hot day and a glass chilled beer, Casa Blanca brand lifted my spirits, beautiful view from terrace, not crowded, friendly staff, excellent food, I enjoyed my lunch thoroughly, a must visit. 

A trendy rooftop restaurant. 

Currently, a hotel does not offer the advertised services. The spa was not functional. The terraces are not as nice as the site images suggest, or even not functional. The rooms are for some, including ours more than average, or even very limited in terms of safety, with outdated furniture, feeling confined. This has led our children to change it, for one that had just been refurbished since several were closed as such.

From dream to reality...

WHAT A DiSASTER, the staff is unrespectful and aggresive. They made us pay for an extra room even though we were 7 people, they offered us a room for 7 and an extra room for 2 places charged for no reason. First of all when we arrived we told them that we didn't want this room for 2 more people so we didn't use it. The response from the staff was that we were ok with the BOOKING and so we made the claim. On leaving we agreed to pay 1 room 2000Dh and Booking would resolve the conflict with the extra room. The receptionist wrote the dataphone 2800dh (the extra room not used) without showing the screen and forcing us to pay without seeing quote, trying to scam us because agreement was to pay one room and cancelation of other room will be discussed by booking since it has not been used. Our reaction was anger, willing to leave, at which point he started yelling for restraint 2 people from the group and 4 people from nearby shops appeared to block the exit and told us we couldn't leave by force. See the violence of the situation, we thought of calling the police but as we had to go to the airport, we decided to agree to blackmail and pay.

Bee very careful with this place!!!

The place promises great photos but it's pretty weak. Close to squere but super noisy, poor natural and artificial lights, doble bedroom window at the corridor, only 2 prices for 7 people and bathroom without hot water after 8 p.m. The breakfast was the only positive. Location in google maps 2 streets down. A complete desaster

WHAT A SCAM

The riad is 100 meters from Jemaa el Fna Square which is the heart of Marrakech's medina so it is in a wonderful position to visit the old town and the souk. The common areas are very beautiful and from the restaurant on the terrace you can see the whole city at 360 degrees. On the terrace there is also a European bar, with alcohol then, and the swimming pool. The standard rooms are small, the superior and the spacious suites. The staff is very efficient and available. If you take a room on the street and go to sleep early get earplugs for your ears because it's a shopping street and banquets and until late there's movement.

exceptional position

Awesome place to be in Marrakech. The staff are very helpfull, kind and friendly. We were able to get tours to the desert and also around Marrakech. There is a bar (Sky Bar) on its rooftop, with a great view and wonderful food. The room is also good and clean.
