Attention riad not according to the photos, if it is not the palace of miles and one night, it is a catastrophic riad. Staircase not for people with reduced mobility, very dangerous, dirty rooms, bathrooms with holes in the walls, broken showers, broken sink, no lovers or belts in the rooms. The simple inflatable jacuzzi on the terrace but not clean, you already need to be able to go 😕. The very kind staff. On the other hand, the owner Alain odieux, as we were not happy with the rush, he told us that we could leave and that we would be refunded by booking a liar who takes advantage of the money from the people. He did not come to his super booking surprise. 😕 For the 80th birthday, you can not go out in the best neighbourhood of riad.

This riad is very, very far from being in line with the pictures and descriptive sale to the very possible poorly arranged a room adjacent to the kitchen and the main room open to the eyes of all so no privacy very steep and dangerous staircase neighborhood dangerous to the sayings of staff for single women and to end up being an odious owner as possible we stayed one hour in that riad time to contact the owner who promised us a refund and finally the next day and to date we refused it easy to make money on people's back so open your eyes big photos before booking 😏😏 No beauty products like advertised storage for supportive clothes

Horrible to banish

Does NOT look like in the photos at all, especially the rooftop. It's unkept and messy, you can tell no one puts any effort into it. There are no safe places to keep your valuables either, wi-fi is extremely, extremely bad. 

Bad neighborhood after dark. Constant noise from children yelling outside or men fighting even in the late hours of the night.

Bad ventilation - the room constantly was smelly after showers and we had to stay with our door open all the time - which is not at all ideal. 
Someone said they had rats in the room and honestly, I am inclined to believe them, considering how the place looked like. 

Host was very aggressive and rude to us when we asked to change rooms. 
We had noisy neighbors and he did not bother to tell them to keep the noise down. 

We never met the host face-to-face even if his messages stated he will be there to meet us. 

Would not recommend, avoid this place and get yourself something nicer and maybe outside of the Medina.

Noisy, bad neighborhood, aggressive host, bad wi-fi

In addtion to poor Wi-Fi (needed it SO BAD for work), BAD neighborhood especially after dark and chipped walls, we woke up to rats and rats poop in our room.
Owner accused us of having been messy guests to cover up for how bad our experience was. He got VERY aggressive. 

Avoid at all costs.

A nice, clean place, very nice people managers, plenty of breakfast. Above there's a delicious terrace where you can relax.

That's a great place.

We get this Riad because of a overbooking in an other riad. The rooms of this riad are small. But everything is clean and worked wel. The lady that service breakfast is really nice. We asked for tea in stead of coffee and the next morning she already knows it. They just opened a second riad: Riad oum el koutoub.

Really good service

We were in Marrakech for more than a week and spent eight nights in this Riad. Very nice reception, ready to help when we wanted to book a tour, we were taken away from this task. Christophe took care of everything. We only had to get up on time. Breakfast was served on the rooftop every day and every time we returned from a city trip we were served tea and Moroccan cakes. On the rooftop there are seats and beds to enjoy the sun a little bit. The Riad was a bit worn, but only 10 minutes walk from the main square, Jemaa el Fna. The Riad also had a small sightseeing pool, but we never returned. We would recommend returning to this Riad to visit the nearest Marrakech.

Small but fine

In this small Riyadh we were able to find all the comforts we needed during our stay in Marrakech, and Christophe was a remarkable guest and warmly welcomed us.

Little Riyadh is nice in Medina

The house is in good condition, comfortable and clean at a very good price and in the middle of the medina, the hosts are very friendly and helpful and will help you with anything you need, perfect if you want to experience the local life of Marrakech.

Bonito Riad is the first.

El riad is a 5-minute walk from the plaza, in the middle of the medina. Getting there is a bit complicated, so I would recommend asking for help to get you closer, but once you know where it is, it's very easy to get there. The site is very clean, has a small pool with cold water in the inner courtyard, which brings you back to life after an intense and heated morning. The breakfast is great (huevos, repostería, coffee, juice, yogurt and fruit!) and is taken on the upper terrace, which has some perfect places to relax! The treat is exquisite and has provided us with all the help we've requested. In addition to being well decorated, taking care of the environment, with sustainable soaps, etc... So much to go to the bathroom, or relaxing with a few friends, I would recommend lounging in a few rooms!
