Beautiful riad with an amazing staff. Ilias helped us in so many ways. He is very focused on his guests’ comfort and experience. He met our car with a porter for our luggage. The gentleman loaded the 9 year old into the cart as well! Ilias arranged to have dinner brought in for us when we arrived in the evening. Breakfast in the courtyard was amazing every day. When my small daypack got a tear, a kind staff member found matching (bright pink!) thread and sewed it up. The rooms are spacious. The bathrooms are amazing with giant, deep tubs. The entire road was exceptionally clean, and daily housekeeping was great. Ilias booked a wonderful hammam for us. He also escorted us to our car at 5am — and again at 8 am for separate flights. A small problem with one room was quickly addressed in spite of the late hour. The rooftop view across Marrakech is nice and the stars are amazing. Easy walk to souks, restaurants, hammams, and historic sites. I hope to go back soon.
