I was there for some night is a vry simple hotel and cleean,the rooms are oki nice with Ac and its very close to the tran station and the bus statiotion supratour and ctm. if you like to have walk you can do it from the hoteel to the famous place of marrakech it take only 30mn walk.

Review is for the Cafe/Restaurant. 

This isn't the sort of place we would normally try, however, it was constantly busy with locals at all hours of the day, so we decided to pay it a visit for an evening meal. 

The service was spot on, very friendly and not rushed. 

We tried 3 local dishes, Chicken Tajine, Chicken Pastilla and vegetable cous cous. We also ordered a pizza. 

The Tajine was amazing in terms of depth of flavour, the tajine method of cooking really enhanced the different flavours. 

The Pastilla - a pastry stuffed with meat, nuts and fruit - it was very sweet for a main dish but a drizzle of chilli oil, balances the flavours. 

The vegetable cous cous was served with a curry sauce, which was really tasty and worked really well with the soft vegetables which accompanied the dish. 

Pizza - one of the best pizzas I have had anywhere in the world. Crisp hand stretched base, tangy but sweet tomato base and melted cheese. 

Price wise, it was very cheap, between £10 - £15 for 3 of us to eat so £5 per head is more than enough. They also serve set meals, which cost around 50 dirham and include a salad, main dish and dessert or fruit. Exchange rate at time of visit was 12.5 Dirham to the £ pound.

Hidden Gem

Can't comment about the hotel as we didn't stay there. However, the food at the cafe was incredible. Good price and you get far more than what you pay for. 

We were walking from the train station to the medina when we came across this place. Ordered some mint tea which was very refreshing along with a beef tagine and beef cous cous. Great food great price.

Best Tagine in Marrakech

This is a pleasant place to stay if you are not a tourist,mainly only local people stay here.Breakfast is okay and staff is friendly; Wifi is not fantastic in the rooms,but it works on shared areas.Very central.

Oldie but goldie

We didn't stay at the hotel, however the food here was amazing. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. We ordered chicken and veg tagine which was tasty. The Margarita pizza was delicious too. The amount of food you get for your money is good value for money. We also tried the breakfast and ordered Berber omelette which was also good.

This review is for the cafe not the hotel.

We were in the area and I’d noted the place as a possible place to eat and I wanted a pizza.

We all chose what we wanted to eat but when we came to order there were a few problems as quite a lot of food was not available. This included all the tagines bar  1 and all pizzas. They told us that the pizza oven was broken. 

The waiter was nice enough but the service was painfully slow even for Marrakech. Moroccan salad was nice as was the mint tea. All other food was average.

Whilst waiting for the food to arrive a man started making pizzas which confused me as the oven was apparently broken. Anyway 3 pizzas were made, cooked in the pizza oven and placed in take away boxes. These were then picked up by the person they were willing/could be bothered to cook pizza for.

Speechless 

The hotel is not on time, they delete the reservation for customers and their treatment of customers is poor, they do not respect the customer's opinion or what he tells them ,and bad customer service , so I advise you not to deal with this hotel

I was asking the guy who  is working in the exchange office if I can change from euro to Dirham and he said ( I don’t have the power to talk you can ask me later) he was so rude if he can not talk he can take a sick leave .

It was the most horrible experience of my life,  the  exchange officer  was exceptionally rude. Service extremely slow. When we complained he asked us to get out , one of the worst places  for a Money exchange  ,  i don't recommend at ALL
