It was our first time in Morocco and spending four nights in this oasis was an unforgettable experience. The hotel facilities provided such a welcome retreat after our days exploring the city and visiting the Riad.

However, what truly made our stay exceptional was your staff. Their warmth, attentiveness, and hospitality left a lasting impression. The food at your restaurant was phenomenal as well—we enjoyed it so much that we dined there every night!

Unforgettable Oasis

We absolutely loved our stay at Al Fassia. Our room was huge and very clean. Breakfast was simple but fresh, and the service was second to none. We ate at the restaurant on several occasions, where we had some of the best Moroccan food. The massages were so good that we went back the next day.

Highly Recommend

Absolutely faultless. From the moment you walk in, seeing the array of trees in the reception area, everything just feels tranquil and peaceful. Everything was clean. The pool is a great size. The staff are amazing. The manager Myra goes out of her way to chat to every guest and help with any queries about the Riad or the area. The staff at Reception are all so helpful - organising taxis, transfer to airport, restaurant bookings and spa treatments. The staff around the pool and at breakfast (breakfast is served poolside) are attentive and helpful, special mention to Youssef, a real credit to the Riad. The Hammam and full body massage was amazing. We ate in the restaurant attached to the Riad several times and highly recommend. The breakfast was plentiful and yummy. Tip: ask for Shakshouka at breakfast. The lunch served around the pool was delicious each time. We were made to feel so welcome. Our suite was huge! Very comfortable bed. Toiletries included in our bathroom were a lovely touch. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you to all the staff and the stunning surroundings for such a perfect week away for my birthday.

Absolutely faultless

Super chilled Riad hotel located in an out of town development 5 mins away from the central Medina area.
Extremely friendly staff, from reception to bar and excellent Hamman. 
The onsite resturant is one of the best rated in Marrakesh and deservedly so.
Small hotel so feels personalized and intimate. We booked a superior suite which was spacious and very comfortable.
Overall highly recommended for people wanting a close base not in the middle of the Medina.

Peaceful Riad close to all the action

Absolutely amazing resteraunt, food was cooked to perfection, plentiful and truly a taste sensation. The service was friendly and attentive, even bringing out an extra plate after I said I couldn't fit in a desert when my dad ordered an apple pie, guess what I had to try it. Definitely in the top 5 places  to visit in Marrakech

Our second time here so you should believe all the positive reviews about the hotel and restaurant. Myra and all her team are so helpful and their attention to their guests goes above and beyond. Having stayed and done the riad thing with all the stairs and so called “swimming pools “ on the roof, we would not stay anywhere else in Marrakech. We will return 😎

A calm oasis away from the madness

Beautiful Riad very conveniently situated just outside the Medina. We only stayed for one night unfortunately but we were treated like family. Myra and all her team were so professional and helpful, taking time to talk to us.
Our room was very clean and comfortable, we could not ask for more.
The Riad has a lovely pool to relax around and an excellent restaurant where we had our last meal in Marrakesh. The ladies in the restaurant were great too.
Only problem we had was that we could only stay 1 night.

This was an unplanned hotel stop for us in Marrakech, as we’d planned to stay at a western hotel for our first trip to Morocco, but ran into unsolvable problems with that hotel.  So, in the middle of the night, the Al Fassia Aguedal had a couple rooms available, we reserved a room and then moved in the following day for a 3-night stay.  Were we lucky we did. By moving into a Riad, we got a much more authentic Moroccan experience. Instead of a nice western-style suite, we got a Riad with a comfortable suite in a room that is authentic and the entire Riad is real, so you feel like you are in Morocco every step in the Riad whether reception, tea service at check-in, walkways, courtyards, gardens within the walls around it, etc.  Fassia’s staff are universally outstanding, thoughtful and helpful. The AM breakfast is good and served at table rather than buffet (e.g., to-order eggs including Moroccan (have to seek/ask for it), fab fresh OJ, cheese, ham/sausage, multiple breads/croissants, mixed fruits, nice yogurt). The staff gladly helped arrange a tour to the Atlas Mountains, dinner reservations, and anything else we desired. When we had to check out to make an early, 07:00 flight out, they were concerned about making sure all details lined up, including transportation to the airport, and an early breakfast available for us. The weak point is it’s a bit too far to walk to the Medina and souks, but cabs are plentiful and cheap. This was also a good value, and way better than the western hotel in the Hivernage area. We’d definitely return.

Great marrocan hospitality, quiet and peaceful place. Very nice pool area and delicious marrocan breakfast, wonderful Snacks available. The staff is very obliging and friendly, we intantly made friends with Youssef. Thanks for having us!
