Overview:

We had a triple room, which had one double bed and two singles. The reception staff spoke a bit of English, so we were able to get by. The staff helped us take or baggage to our room and got us an A/C and TV remote. The A/C unit was quite old and started leaking a bit, so it wasn't that effective. Rooms had a phone, so that you can communicate with other rooms etc and call reception. Beds were very comfortable and there is a well-sized car park at the front. Bathrooms were spacious and were very clean. Breakfast was served to us by staff and there was a lot to choose from. Everything was laid out in-front of us and they even poured tea/coffee for us. There is also two very big traditional Moroccan rooms near reception, for guests to use and relax, which is definitely a bonus.

Pros:

- Spacious bedroom and bathrooms.

- Big car park at the front.

- Attentive staff.

- Variety of foods to choose at breakfast.

Cons:

- A/C didn't work properly.

- No lifts in the hotel.

Extremely spacious rooms and attentive staff

First of all i have to start off with the quietness of the hotel, however do not mistake this with poor quality because although located on a busy road its a very peaceful hotel. All staff were very welcoming on arrival and check in process was very easy. As it was our first time the hotel manager Jihad helped us to find our way around and was very helpful. The level of cleanliness was very high and all bedrooms were very good sized. Breakfast was excellent, and we were served breakfast at the table with a good choice. Overall, great hotel

EXCELLENT HOTEL GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY

Stayed at this hotel for one night as we were attending a wedding reception down the road. The staff were attentive although we struggled to communicate as few spoke English and didn't understand my broken French. Rooms were of a good size and beds comfy, there was a slight odour however in the room. Breakfast was awful, the waiter did not seem to have a clue what he was doing. There was no cereal, instead I was offered chocolate milk. There was 2 eggs to share between our group of 3, about the only thing I was tempted to eat. We were not asked what we wanted to eat instead we were given one of everything. My parents wanted coffee and milk, my mother was served some coffee which then ran out so he topped up the drop of coffee with a cup full of milk, my father was given only hot milk and had to wait 20 minutes for coffee! I asked for tea which was not understood. When he brought the manager over to find out what I wanted it seemed the waiter was clueless how to make a cup of tea and was only going to give me hot milk and no hot water. I would not stay here again.
