Stayed there for 2 nights to wait for our next  flight. Service at reception and during breakfast is really good and welcoming. 
Bed and bathroom are clean, decor is a bit kitch with these red curtains.:) but then wait until you see the reception ceiling hahaha. 
Check the hot water in the shower, might take a little time before it got hot.
Will definitely come back if needed .
Oh I forgot the barking dogs around the hotel at night but it wasnt really a probem. feels like being in the country side.

clean and good service

This is a new hotel (less than a few years old) located in a very quiet and secure area of town.

Rooms are large, the hot water, Wi-Fi, and heating/cooling all work great, the place is clean and modern.  Very good value for the money (about 400 DH for a single room). Credit cards accepted. Daily housekeeping provided.

The hotel has a small cafeteria for breakfast and coffee during the day, but no restaurant.  There are lots of places to eat within a short distance.

Perfect for a short stay or a business trip.  I doubt if you could do better in this town for any price.

New, modern, clean 2-star in a quiet location - excellent value

My husband and I came to stay in Nador for just a few days, and this hotel was great value for price! When our heating didn't work properly they upgraded us for free to a suite, which was super cozy! It was nice to have a bathtub and a spacious room. The wifi is as good as it gets in this area, and the TV had a few English speaking channels. The breakfast was OK, though I do wish there had been some variety. The staff, however, were kind and the rooms were very clean!

As a side note and response to one of the other reviews: it is indeed pretty standard procedure throughout North Africa for hotels to ask you for proof of marriage if you are going to stay with your husband/wife. For example, in Algeria, if the police come to the hotel and find that they don't have documentation for a man and a women staying together the hotel can get into massive legal trouble. It is, for the most part, not a discriminatory practice, just something you have to be prepared for.

Great place for a short stay

I stayed for 7 days on a business trip and got sick because of the mean and cheeseparing service. You expect a baked egg for breakfast every morning without a choice. The air conditioner did not work. When I asked the employee at the desk, he told me he would get somebody to fix it but it took 5 days to do so. I asked for a double cover because it felt cold at nights and I caught cold and flue. 
The shower is just warm and never heats up. You need to get some courage to stay under water for a minute.
Moreover, you can hear others next to the rooms whispering. Even when they get to the toilet, you hear water splashing.
The wifi is very weak and keeps interrupting everytime.

I got sick because of the cheeseparing service

We made a reservation in advance, we thought all was good, but... Upon arrival The man AT The reception demanded for our marriage document!
We are both Dutch so we refused to give him marriage documents. Based on My name I basically was refused as a guest, which actually is a violation of Moroccan law and his very own rascist interpretation of this law! So don't take any risks nor support these practices and Skip this horrible sharia hotel!

It is a good structure, nothing special but new and clean, with low price.
Nice rooms with free  wifi and TV. There is no minibar and hairdryer.   I also had some problems  to let the air condition work. 
If you like to sleep in the dark, well that's impossible. The curtains are light, and so the sun will shine in the early morning.
