We went there 3 of us we want to get to the pool after hot weather and 30 min walking from the main gate , but  they stopped us in the entrance, they told us that the pool it’s not open yet , then we asked to get to the cafe, finally they let us in , we ask for a coffee then we went to the rooftop we saw people swimming in the pool , honestly we felt disappointed. We asked why you lied to us about the pool, but the receptionist he seemed like angry and rude for us, then we left the house, we did not wanted any problems we this rude man who is in the reception. So we don’t recommended this place there is another places we good service in the other side of the lake .

Hotel that time stopped in the 50's. Horrible room, bed, bathroom, shower  that gives you few drops. Can't adjust the air condition, so you either sweat or get sick. No elevator.  You need to go down 3 floors to get to the pool.  This hotel looks so promising when you arrive, but it ends in the front door. Very disappointed. 

Horrible!

the food is horrible and tasteless we sat for dinner and they had some drunk people sit next to us, everyone was drunk and it was very disgusting. The party that they had went on until 3AM and it was very loud. The room was dirty and moldy and there were small cockroaches there. They left our door wide open after they finished cleaning. When we were about to leave the cleaning lady stopped us in the door and made us tip her.

 Everything is awful!  mediocre hotel, whether in terms of furnishings or level of service, it is not worthy of a 4 star!  I can't wait to see a controller disembark and demote, false advertising!  It is annoying The rooms are not accessible to the disabled (wheelchair)

Hôtel chiant et décevant 

I have been staying with this hotel since 2014, its fab. The location is very beautiful, staff could not be more helpful, balcony rooms are lovely, food is very nice both in bistro/ bar and restaurant I will definitely recommend this hotel .

Perfect location,friendly staff ,delicious tajine

After a very long drive, we arrived in the evening, tired and hungry, to a hotel located in a stunning area of beauty. The hotel is not maintained, the rooms are dirty, the shower is not quite functional, the food is not characteristic of the locals and the music from the club penetrates the rooms.

Great potential for a very disappointing hotel

At first sight it look amazing but when you step in to your room after the mess begins..
The rooms are dirty and the food is bad as hell , arrived here after 4 amazing days in Morocco after having the best food i ever had and was so disappointed when i my “sandwich la frumage” 
Accept of nice view  they don’t offer nothing 
Bottom line..dont come here im sure they have better places around 

Dont do it to yourself 

Yes, this venue is located along a lovely lake, but this couldn't make up for our disappointment. Perhaps if you are only expecting 2 stars, it would be okay. But our tour was for 4- and 5-star facilities, and this was far from it. Lumpy bed, hard to heat room (and absolutely cold corridors), small bathroom (though it was clean), wifi only in the lobby, and a sorry excuse for a restaurant. Even breakfast was the skimpiest I've ever seen. The phones didn't work (so no wake-up calls), and of course no kettle in the room for coffee or tea.

Maybe it's the only place in town, but I would never go back

We stayed at this hotel at the end of a rafting trip. On the positive side, the hotel was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the  staff was very friendly and helpful. On the negative side, the WiFi only worked if you were right in front of the front counter or writhing 30 feet of it, no internet in the room or anywhere else in the hotel, the sliding glass door to the balcony didn’t lock, the curtains didn’t slide so the were stuck half open, the lights didn’t all work, the hot water took a long time to get to us and the water pressure wasn’t great. 

Good and bad

The hotel is for a few romantic days very nice - the staff friendly and breakfast good ... it's directly in front of the lake you can hire a boat. 
The pool looks beautiful but we didn't use it was nice to sit there we enjoyed this days in this hotel. You need a car.
