It's a nice little hotel but it needs a serious refreshment. Very good bed. Very helpful staff. Thank you to Mounia and the person at the night reception for their kindness.

A perfect week

The hotel location is very good unfortunately there is nothing like 4 stars I personally give it not even 2 very dirty rooms one uncomfortable night I had to change the room at midnight because of the smell and dirt of the personal room it turns out that he is not satisfied so he does whatever he can, experience is also missing architecture we have to rework the rooms to give more space to the bathroom very narrow the furniture of the rooms very old very old locked drawers we have to refrigerate the room and a small old mattress uncomfortable in my opinion we have to review this hotel in all this overall Personally I do not come back anymore

A bad experience

We stayed there for four nights with our children, a very nice hotel, super personal, a royal breakfast, the only place we could stay was unfortunately not a family room, we rented two rooms but used only one because the kids are too small, I don 't regret this hotel we will come back...

It's a great hotel.

A hotel of good character in the Tetuan expansion zone, spacious rooms although improving in conservation and maintenance, with details such as having no percheros in the cabinets and the same in their very deteriorated interior, things that can be improved.

BuEN HOTEL IN ZONE OF EXPANSION is located in the area.

I didn 't find any problems with lack of hygiene in my room, but in other rooms there were complaints but the loudest thing was the small lunches customers didn 't have access to clean water and had to buy it!

Stay of 2 days

Great staff!  Everyone greets you with a friendly smile.  Complete hot breakfast which is convenient and save you from searching for a place to eat before starting your day.  There is space to conduct business meetings.  Very welcoming pool, n ground parking which is a luxury in Morocco, clean and modern.  All in all a great place to stay.  Highly recommend.

Excellent Service!

I made the mistake of thinking SOMEONE at this hotel would be able to assist in a little English. I am in someone else's country so I can't complain about the language barrier, but not one person at this hotel seemed to even care to try to be able to help me with ANYTHING! We were there for 2 days and asked for tissue, it never came. The front desk person acknowledged they knew what we were asking for, but nothing. The air did not work and no one could help with that either. We did notice there was a wedding going on ALL the time there so I believe this is more of a conference or event  type hotel. We had better luck getting people in the Medina to help over people in this hotel. We are coming back later this year for a week and I had 3 rooms booked, but will be cancelling those as soon as I can let the rest of my party know. Location is the only good thing.

I Was Disapponted

A very good hotel, with spacious rooms, comfortable beds and a very spacious bathroom, the toilet facilities are the usual ones, it has a safe, fridge, no noise, and the attention of the staff is very good. It has very beautiful gardens and a pool. The breakfast is good, with good masses of sweets. If one travels to Morocco it is a good place to stay, on the main route.
