A must visit Riad. 
A very welcoming people, very beautiful riad, I liked the terrasse the view was beautiful. 
I enjoyed my time being at the old Medina, I felt like traveling among the history. 
The price was good, I found the menu a little bit pricy for what it is. 
Once again, it is a very charming place ! 

Charming place 

The customer care is the top feature that sets this riad apart from its other strengths. Ali is the front man who looked after us from the word go, and made our stay an absolute pleasure. Ali wasn't alone, as the female kitchen/housekeeping staff were always there to offer help with smiles on their faces. 
Location is excellent being in the hub of Tetouan, and the riad was kind enough in emailing us best directions which was a bit tricky for first timers. Though after your first day, navigation should become more easier without having to look at your phone or ask anyone. Taxi must drop you at Bab Al Okla which is around 3 minute walk through the tight Medina walkways to the accommodation. 
Our room was on the ground floor directly opposite reception, but we had no issues with any noise. We did have a problem with our shower flooding with a plastic item which seemed to purposely block any water escaping through the drain. We must stress this was at no fault of the riad or any staff, but supposedly of the previous guest beforehand looking to pull a nasty stroke for whatever reason. The problem was solved with staff cleaning the room and making it perfect again, but I must repeat this incident was not down to the staff. The room was a touch on the small side as traditionally can be, but very clean with adequate lighting and daily fresh towels. 
We had dinner here at a very generous discount, and on display was the feast from heaven. Veg tagine with all the usual side dishes that was beautifully presented, so vast, extremely delicious and a captivating moment during our stay. The terrace on the top floor is also a great feature to get more of an birdseye view of the white dove with mountains overlooking. The terrace has both an outdoor section and sheltered section in case of rain. 
Some of the main attractions like the archeological museum and royal palace are about 10 minus walk away. Admire some of the unique wall paintings with are situated nearby Riad Dari with lots of cats also in attendance. Area is very safe and people are happy to help if you have a question. Great stay and wonderful hospitality, so a big thank you to Ali and the rest of the team..

Treated like family..

This hotel is very well located in the medina of Tetouan, however we didn't find any restaurants nearby. The room we had was small and airless, but thankfully had a fan. The terrace has beautiful views and having mint tea up there was a real treat. The hospitality was excellent and they sent a great video in order to help us find the place in the medina. It's a little pricey for what it is but the service is great. I would also add that it's not really a riad, but a "dar", there is nothing I would call a garden inside the house.

Very good service and location

This hotel is located in beautifully restored riad in the medina/old town. Rooms are clean, comfortable and smells nice. Before we arrived, manager of the place sent us video how to get through the medina to hotel, which was really useful. Medina is much smaller and nicer than in other Moroccan cities, so this place is perfectly located. There is also nice view from rooftop terrace.

If you want to spent few days by discovering Tetouan, this place is perfect.

To begin with, customer service was beyond our expectations; it was great and beyond! Staff in this hotel went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and more comfortable.

Very clean room with double beds, double shower heads with great water pressure, clean beds, and nice Moroccan breakfast.  Since it was a sunny morning, staff served breakfast in the terrace, thus amazing us with a beautiful view of the mountains surrounding the city. The reception is clean, fresh, and inviting; upon arrival, we were served with a nice and hot Moroccan tea.

This hotel is located inside the old city(medina) taxi cabs do not have access to this hotel; instead ask cab driver to drop you off at Bab el Okla(door of Okla), Spanish speaking residents call this door or main entrance to medina (puerta reina). Once you enter medina through door I specified above, it will be confusing but locals are more than willing to help you.  

Riad Dari also offers a room with sharing bathroom, towels, toilet paper, shampoo, and soap are provided.  Wifi services throughout hotel is very good.

Overall, I will stay here again due to its superb service, clean grounds, awesome price, and nice Moroccan breakfast included; $57 USD for two nights. Rates may change due to season, i bet summer is more expensive.

Top Customer Service

Actually a little bit dissapointed due to its location, quite far away from the Royal Palace. But it got a warm family atmosphere, the housekeeper doesn't speak English, we don't speak French/Spanish,but she was really like to talk with us, and singing all the time.Because of the heavy rain, we asked for a dinner there, she presented us a charming/delicous one which was not only for emergency, but also for lovely memory.It got a terrace for good view too. And not usual in Morocco,the whole buiding was somking prohibited.
