We want to extend a special thank you to all the staff who looked after us during our 7-night stay. I would mention them by name, but I don’t want to miss anyone. We especially appreciated the restaurant team, who were exceptionally kind and caring, the reception personnel for their advice, helpfulness, and great customer service, and everyone else who made our stay memorable. Additionally, a big thank you to our Sahara tour guide, Yaya, whose knowledge and professionalism impressed us greatly.
We stayed in a double room with two extra beds for our children. The room was a decent size and very clean. The bathroom was in good working order and very clean, with towels, robes, and a hair dryer provided.
Breakfast was included in the room price and was very generous!
The evening menu offers a good variety of food, and we tried everything without any complaints.
Overall, the hotel is VERY clean. The staff work hard every day to clean up the sand and dust that quickly accumulates due to the dry climate and the nearby Sahara.
Hotel is more of a boutique hotel, with only 11 uniquely designed rooms. There are also two tents in the garden and a tent-like room on the first floor. The hotel has beautiful lounge areas and an extremely eye-pleasing pool area. My favourite was the bar area, not just for its beverage selection but for its gorgeous design. The hotel has its own garden with huge chill-out area with palm trees and hammocks.

We stopped at the campervan site next door (v good btw) and I spotted this lovely Riad right next door and decided to give the missus a treat. And oh how.lovely it was! Fab room, gorgeous pool area and a well stocked outdoor bar! Once I had taught them how to pour a proper gin and tonic, life became super sweet. We also had a fantastic and romantic dinner by the pool and an enormous breakfast that has to be seen to be believed! A.great couple of nights and highly recommended if you are travelling anywhere near Zagora. Go for it!

Awesome chill in the oasis

Amazing stay and this stunning Riad in zagora. Kids( we have 3)  adored their pool and possibly even more the garden with relaxing hammocks spread around and lovely relaxing spots . We spent a night here before going into the desert  and spending the night  near the Erg Chigaga dunes. The excursion was arranged by the Riad and it was perfect for us with camel ride and true desert experience ( drive  in the desert , songs under the  stars and great food) totally recommend it and family friendly. The Riad  kept our luggage for us overnight while we were in the desert and we found it back to n the room when w e came back tired the next day ready to have More relaxing time in this idyllic place . Ibrahim at reception was particularly helpful, super nice guy.
extra plus they serve refreshing beers and alcoholic drinks which are not always available in Morocco. All in all totally recommend it

Excellent hotel at a very convenient location. Super clean and good customer service! Food was absolutely delicious and prices were good too. Has big pool and patios to relax and unwind after a busy day or traveling. Ibrahim at the reception desk is a very helpful guy and very attentive to your needs.

Very good Riad just before Zagora

This hotel was out favorite in all of Morocco. The lanterns and date palms around the pool were magical. The service was impeccable and the food decadent. Every surface was covered in mosaic. I only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the nearby hiking trails and to soak in the garden more!

A magical respite in Zagora

Wow!
We were only able to stay in Zagora for three days, and we learned just how woefully short that was.
The grounds were wonderful in the summer heat. With a pool, a garden, and plenty of spaces to curl up with a book we were in heaven.
The staff was accommodating and our meals were wonderful.
We wish we could have stayed for a month!

Two days isn’t enough!

This Riad and their staff were truely amazing. A beautiful hotel room for our family of four and a lovely pool and garden for the kids to play in. We had one of the best breakfast spreads in our two weeks in Morocco here. It was ginormous. The staff at the Riad were great. They were super helpful after I came down with a bug and went out of their way for the entire family. Thanks so much!

Great Riad with a Beautiful Pool and Garden

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Very nice pool and really kind staff. Especial thanks to Ibrahim who organised for me a 5-days desert tour with Yaya the Nomad.
Yaya is an extraordinary personality, born in the desert, son of real Nomads, who knows there every stone, He drives excellent (helped other drivers to come out of the mud) and he is absolut confident and reliable. He showed me special places, we found together meteorits and fossils and he is also an expert in any item concerning the nomad culture and riding a Dromedar. I would suppose  there is no better guide in this part of the Sahara.

One of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. Amazing pool, great food, outstanding service from the staff and grand decor. Ibrahim and all the people at Riad dar Sofian make it a unique experience that we will never forget. Thank you for such a warm and enjoyable stay! 

Stunning Kasbah at the doorstop of the Sahara desert

Wonderful place. All the details make you feel like living in another time. The riad is  very beautiful and confortable. The food is very good and typical. Defenitly worth stay there. Ibrahim was very kind.
