The hotel staff welcomed myself and friends after a long hike. It’s price is unbeatable and there are plenty of restaurants to find within 10-15 minute walking distance. Showers are hot and have high pressure, air con worked fine, and the overall look of the hotel is aesthetically pleasing. Hotel staff also went out of their way to reserve a cab for me the next morning. Additionally, their staff helped fix a mistake a made during my reservation and didn’t punish me with any unfair charges. Highly recommend!

Great Stop After Hike

I was stayed in royal nyaung shwe hotel when I had a tour.I was really liked their service ;friendly and kindness.If you were looking for a stay in nyaung shwe;I should go and stay in there .for me;I had a nice stay and good price too.

Excellent choice

Hotel is very new and clean. Room and bathroom are huge and clean too. There’s a lift in the hotel. It was unfortunate that the town has blackout from 7am to 5pm on the 2 days we stayed. This is not the hotel’s fault. But the hotel used its own generator for an hour or so in the early hour of 7 to about 8am. Wifi is weak on the 3rd floor where our room was. If you stay on lower floors, wifi signal is better but you may be disturbed by the noise of the generator. There’s an English movie channel on the room’s TV. Breakfast was buffet style and there’s more than enough to choose from.  Service was good. There’re plenty of restaurants around the hotel and massage places too. The hotel is less than 10mins walk to the pier where you can catch the boat ride around the lake.
This is the best value hotel throughout our stay in Myanmar.

Excellent value hotel

this is a new hotel, and its place is just perfect. it's near every things. the hotel it self make me feel comfortable and a little surprise because compare to hotels in Bagan, Mandalay and Yangon, it is too valuable for our pocket. only 1 thing concern me that the big notice just before the mirror (that i use all the time) about how they will charge us if we do anything like stained towels, ... it is really not necessarily!

Newish 5 storey hotel close to the centre of town, rooms are big. Bathrooms are massive with good water pressure and lots of hot water. 
There’s aircon in each room, and slow WiFi.
Breakfast is a buffet, nothing too special but a good start to day.
Clean towels everyday. Free bottled water. And a fridge in your room!
Friendly staff.

Great value hotel in Nyaung Shwe

The hotel is fairly new and located a bit of the mainstreet of Nyaungshwe, was surprised in a positive way when we arrived. Didn’t expect a hotel as nice and with such big and comfortable rooms for the 32€ we paid for a twinroom with doublebed

Best hotel

A nice stay, rooms were clean and comfortable, fresh towels daily, a little unfriendly to the environment in that sense but for the money paid it was a real gem. Staff were always friendly and happy to help. There were no western options at breakfast other than a bit of bread but it was okay. The only down side was that there was building works going on throughout the day but most people were out on the lake so not a big deal! We extended twice and were sad to leave such a comfy place.

Pleasant stat

We came to the hotel after a trekking of two days. Surprise! There were no towels. “Ok, we can wait”. They said they would have brought them but we needed to ask them again and bringing them to the room by ourselves. 
Before going to sleep we noticed the sheet was dirty. We asked to change it. The conversation was hilarious:
Me: the sheet is dirty is it possible to change it? 
Receptionist: there is no personnel 
Me: ok, would you change it?
Receptionist: I do not know how to help
Me: ok, please give me the sheet I will change it by myself 
Receptionist: oh. I do not know how to help sir
...
...
Eventually, I slept with my clothes on.
