This Hotel is very good.They are staff is very smile. and they are caring guest.so they are breakfast is choice .and them they are have swim pool. so Food & Beverages is good wariter & waritess is very good service.

Very Good

Ngapali was our last stop on Myanmar travels, so for last 6 nights we chose Hotel Ace. My main criteria when choosing the accommodation was location, views and comfortable beds. Well, based on these,  I pat myself on the back: location - away from a touristy long Ngapali beach (10 min walk northwards) we were based on Kipling Bay - stunning bayed beach occupied only by Hotel Ace, Yomma Cherry and a back-packers place. Most of the days we had the beach to ourselves. What did it for me was the real life of local village that was there every morning (5-7am) and at around 4pm - the time when fishermen came back / went to the sea. If you are into photography as much as I am - this is the place to be! The beach is perfect!! And if there is a bit of drying seaweed - who cares!! 
Back to the hotel... I saw pictures of the hotel prior to our arrival, but nothing prepared us to the stunning views from ceiling to floor window we saw when we entered the room. We both stood in a moment's silence with jaws open: set just slightly away from the beach all we saw was palms and blue sea!
As for the room: it's a dance floor!! Huge!! With an amazing, equally huge balcony to sit and enjoy the sight. We stayed in a superior room on the second floor. 
Beds - nice and firm and so big I lost my husband in it!
And last but not least - the staff were super efficient. The timing was impeccable - no matter how long we took at breakfast - by the time we returned, the room was tidy and clean. Not only that - on our last night they offered a complementary dinner! We have been staying in many places , in many countries - but that was definitely the first. We were both very touched and had a little welling up moment when we had to leave. Thank you Hotel Ace!!

Perfect stay!!

I was traveling alone with my four-year old son and we got a sea view bungalow for a very good price. The place is a bit run-down but still clean and comfortable enough. The pool is huge and beautiful, but we didn’t even use it because the beach is so great. Staff is not very experienced - only one of the girls spoke good English - but they make a big effort to help. Breakfast is terrible, we would have it out in the hotel next door. Wi-Fi only works at the reception across the street. 

Run down but nice enough

Hotel ACE was the most affordable accommodation I could find for at the last minute when I needed to extend one day at Ngapali beach. The room was very big and was clean BUT there was no wifi as advertised, hot water was limited to certain hours, and the room didn't have a mosquito net. While the hotel is located on the beach, it is not the nicest part of the beach.
