Where to begin?! This motel was the absolute best decision! The price was super affordable and to be honest my partner and I are as budget as it gets we really were looking for the best deals and this place was well worth every penny. The bed was nice and comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean and the shower was great (both pressure and temperature). The complimentary shampoo, soap and toothbrushes with paste were a nice touch. The breakfast in the morning was amazing! We had freshly made strawberry lassi (a traditional drink containing yogurt), 4 samosas, 4 crossaints (warmed), homemade spreads including chocolate and some marmalades as well as our choice of eggs (we chose omelettes and they were cooked wonderfully with onion and tomatoes!) we were also given as much toast and coffee as we wanted with some nice fresh fruits. The staff were super super super accommodating and kind and were always offering help. The motel all in all is kept super clean and you have access to free re-full water in the reception. The check-in process was super easy and as soon as we arrived we were greeted with tea and coffee. We also hired E-bikes from the company which was really nice as we used them for the whole day for a good price (about $6) and we didn’t really have a strict time limit on when to bring them back. Absolutely no complaints - wonderfully family-run motel; would recommend to any and everyone!

This is by far the best motel we’ve stayed in in Asia

We stayed for 3 nights and it was very nice.
The staff is amazing, they help you with everything they could. The room are not five stars but they are good and worth the price. Good wifi good hot shower and again amazing staff !!!

Wonderful place worth the price!

Stayed here for three nights. The room was spacious and clean but the walls are very thin so it can be quite noisy. There was a pancake option for breakfast which made a nice change from the standard Myanmar hotel white bread and eggs breakfast. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. They were always friendly and very kindly let us cancel a day of our booking for no charge when we arrived. They were also really helpful in calling the bus company several times when they were late picking us up to leave. Definitely a great budget option for the Bagan area.

Fantastic staff

This little cozy place is like wonderland.. you can have everything there. Just ask them.. they offering different tours f.e. to inle lake or yangon and and and. The have this e-bike for visiting (10min away) bagan. We also could have at the evening (after check out) a shower, because our bus transfer left at 9pm. 

The rooms are very simple BUT clean. Everything is very familiar there.. 😊 the breakfast is also simple but you can choose between toast and any style of egg or pancake, tea or cofe, fruits and fresh fruit juice..

We can recomend this place. It‘s a really good one.. tthanks again.

Very friendly and nice there

We stayed there for 1 night during our stay in Bagan and the owner was super friendly. We got breakfast when we arrived in the morning and he helped us organize free pick up from the bus company. It's recommended to rent one of their ebikes for seeing the pagodas.

It is a good motel for budget traveller.Clean bedroom,bathroom, nice patio and it has a lot of restaurants and bars near there.

price range is 18000~20000 for double bed.
But it does not include TV and minibar.



Good motel

Worst hotel in Myanmar, ripped me off by double, dirty rooms, don't stay here. The owner was alright but after charging me double it ruin my experience and left less trusting people here. As a tourist we always pay more, they often think we are rich😕
