A gorgeous oasis after a days sightseeing. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was really clean and large. We had a fantastic breakfast everyday with a perfect view. We would love to visit again.

Perfect

I was not sure I would find a place to stay with my two dogs while on transit to our next destination. Well, 7 Mile Highland Residence was a lucky find and turned out to be the perfect place for us.
The rooms are spacious, functional and very clean. The kitchen is a nice additional feature and fully equipped. 
The garden is a beautiful oasis that let's you take a breather from hectic Yangon. The dogs fully enjoyed their stay too!

Off The Beaten Path

Stayed in this hotel for a week on business trip. This hotel is more of a serviced apartment, rooms are like studio apartment, they have basic utensil set, hotplate to make your own food. Room has AC, TV, bathroom with tub and shower. Wi-fi is provided free. Room do not have intercom phone and if you are staying in group, this is bit inconvenient, also calling room service.
Pool is there but not maintained and i did not use it either.
Rooms are maintained very nicely, staff is very polite and helpful though does not understand much English. Morning Breakfast is included in the room rate, breakfast contains Asian menu, quite okay. Laundry is complementary. Cafeteria has limited Menu and closes by 9 PM hence late night meals not possible.
Place is little far from main road Pyay Road, getting taxi in the morning is bit problem.

Overall nice place to stay either on business or with family.

Clean Peaceful stay for long term travellers

We stayed here for one night on our last night of a 2 week tour in Myanmar.  It was New Year and so none of the staff were around when we arrived and it took a long while to get the keys to the 4 rooms we had booked.  The swimming pool was extremely dirty and we did not risk going in it.  This was especially disappointing as we had booked this place because of the pool. The dining room was shut because all the staff were off for New Year so we were not able to get dinner or breakfast.  The rooms were ok - large and clean - but we did not enjoy our stay here as there were no staff available.

Somewhere to live short term rather than stay for one night

I choose the place for my last night in Myanmar because it has a pool.
When I got there, I was fascinated by beautiful garden, and totally understood why people call it Oasis.
The room was quiet big and nice, the facilities were not very new but well cared.
It even had a microwave, which makes it more like a little condo.
But the thing was, the pool was not available for the moment.
They said some kind of water refining syatem was broken and would not be fixed  by the time I leave the place.
They told me that I can use the pool, there's no problem using the pool but only the water is filthy. (what?)
But when I check the condition of the pool I decided to request the refund.
I couldn't get the full refund because airbnb booking fee was charged already.
I really appreciate that they tried to help on the refund, but I do feel that they should have noticed if the pool is under the maintenance.
And being honest, if the pool was available, it was a bit disappointing.
The pool is very small and there's no shade, sun bed or parasol.
I visited there May 9th, and they said the pool was under the maintenance a day before as well.
So if you are planning to visit there to enjoy nice pool side relaxing time, I would not recommend.
But if the pool is not vital for you, I do recommend the place. It's quite, beautiful and well equipped place.

Not recommend at all. Too stringy in services offering and things are very old with low maintenance. The worst thing is they treated customer like they are providing shelter. We came here for relaxing but disappointment is what we got. Got humiliated many times during our stay.
