We were shifted here when another hotel had water problems. It was a lucky event. I'd never stayed because of the name being so weird but the owner and her staff were all lovely and friendly and helpful. 
The hotel has a traditional feeling, comfortable beds, good food, hot water. It is great value for money.

Great value

After 10 days of trekking, a welcome oasis in Kagbeni (a great little town). Not a fan of the name, but the rooms were good (comfortable and clean), shower was hot and the food was decent (I didn't have the Yak Burger ''Happy Meal'' - but those that did, liked it). Nicely decorated with great, open communal spaces and a cool little private ''temple'' inside. Nice gift shop too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Glad we stayed here

Quirky and nice

Our first stop before heading into Upper Mustang. Situated on a quaint stone street with a red facade. Cozy rooms. Delicious food. Wifi. And a fish tank! Loved their desserts and enjoyed the curios in their giftshop. Well worth a visit.

Very Homey, Great Service, Breakfast

excellent place to stay. good food, good service and comfortable. Got myself a Yac Donalds hat too, bought it from one of the chefs in the kitchen. An interesting area of Nepal to visit. I see one of the local women who run this place went to University in new Zealand which shows in the way it is managed. Excellent place to stay.

Stayed gere as part of a group during a motorcycle tour of Mustang.

But otherwise we had a great afternoon here, a window seat, a local brew, a cheese plate, the sheep in the streets, what more could you ask for in this remote region of the world. If you’ve made it this far and your still alive, then your chances of making it all the way to , Chhosar, or Even the Tibetan border are pretty good. Hahaha, 
Of course by the time you get there, the reality of having to turn around and do it all over again, to get back home started to settle in. So if you’re lucky enough to make it back alive, well then you get a RedBull badge of courage!!!  Lol,..
Well worth the visit, 
Good service, a bit pricey for the area, but your paying for better service and better food.

i shall be returning this october passed through last year on my way to lo mantang great hotel local food brilliant beer himalayan dragon was excellent loved the play on their happy meal all local from yak meat to the buns the grain milled in the village

My room was fabulous in every respect - linen, views, bathroom fittings, mattress and the restaurant was excellent. Loved the passing traffic out the window e.g. bullocks, goats and lovely smiling people. Staff also VERY helpful. Wondorful two days!

Sunny room with fantastic view

We stayed at this awesome hotel in the Mustang Valley during a motorcycle tour.
A very traditional Nepalese building, ideal for adventurers and trekers.
Lovely owners and very welcoming. Hot water, great food and most of all a stunning location.
Try the Yak burger superb.
If you can get here give it a try.
Recommended.

2 night stay at a beautiful hotel

This was my and my husband's favorite lodging of the entire Annapurna Circuit. Our room was comfortable, the bed was good, the bathroom was clean, electrical outlets worked and were plentiful, wi-fi was good, and our room (top floor) was whimsically painted offered good views into the village. Service was friendly and helpful, and food was consistently good. There are many lovely sitting areas throughout the property, including a beautiful atrium on the first floor and several lounging areas on each of the other floors. The property is centrally located.

Best lodging along Annapurna Circuit

There isn't much to do in the area so we spent the evening in the hotel. Plenty of room to socialise , even away from the dining area.
Food was okay, the menu was quite quirky and followed the theme of it's hotel name.
Staff were friendly and always did their best to help.
Random power shortages where we had no lights for a few minutes at a time. Providing you've got your headlamp out ready you'll be okay.
