Good experience overall. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet with a wide range of options. Handy to have good restaurants on site (incl. Japanese, rooftop terrace/restaurant and coffee bar) and around. Some rooms with nice view on the mountains. Quality of internet connection variable.

Excellent room standard- everything worked, large comfortable bed, very clean. Rooftop restaurant offers great food and views across Kathmandu. Staff were outstandingly helpful, friendly and welcoming throughout - recommended without hesitation

Great hotel with fantastic staff

Excellent. We've been confortable and real good service in Foreign affairs lunch and dinner.Thanks to Sunil and Sheila host. they all habe been nove and cool. Its a highly recommend place and we appreciate how we've been treated by all the staff.

Another excellent stay at the Ambassador - very comfortable and the staff are unfailingly friendly, polite and helpful. My only negative is that portions in the restaurant are huge - it is sad to send back so much uneaten food! But overall I can't think of anywhere I'd rather stay in Kathmandu.

Nice location and it was very big Room and Breakfast was also nice.  I personally recommend to stay here. The hotel staffs  were also very polite and caring.  .................................................................a Big smile and thumps up.

Amazing rooftop restaurant with best Titora cocktails and awesome view .
The staff is super friendly and always helpful.
We had amazing and very relaxing massage at the the hotel.
We loved the food especially recommending a choida a mutton dish to try .

Great stay

We stayed at the Ambassador.  After the first day the breakfast team remembered my coffee order and how I liked my eggs. The food at the restaurant is excellent and the staff very attentive. The rooms and the bathrooms are large.  The massage the spa was perfect.

Best hotel in Nepal

Excellent food and customer service. Appreciate Ms Rojina.'s service. Food was tasty and had good varities as well. Fresh fruits and live counter had good tasty dosa and omelette. Poori and baturae were like homemade. Had a good experience having home like feel food.

It was an amazing stay there. Staff was very helpful and joyful. They helped us in figuring out travel queries and even with doubts. Rooms were super great and I absolutely loved the view from my room.
