The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that usual check-in time is from 15:00 till 18:00. Checking in after 18:00 is possible against a surcharge of EUR 30. After 22:00 it is EUR 50. Please note that the full payment needs to be completed before arrival by PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer. Please note that windows are restricted and can only be opened for ventilation. This is to minimize noise disturbance. This accommodation is a studio and there is no fully equipped kitchen included. There is a fridge and a microwave.
