Nice place, great location but the bathroom smell very bad, and the last day we froze because the heater stop working. It s a charming place but needs works to be done to rent it. The pace was clean. The corridors are being remodeled and were a mess.

Nice place bad experience

Me and 5 other friends of mine were in Amsterdam from March 14th to 19th and we stayed in a nice alexander apartment. Three bright bedrooms, each with a sink and a cabinet with mirror. We have used every day of the kitchen with all the comforts possible. The house also had a small patio with a table and chairs very useful for eating out on nice summer days. There was a lot of cold in those days and coming home and finding it super heated was great. The house was very close to everything, the rijksmuseum and all the main museums, supermarket in the back street, tram stop 100 meters away and the house was surrounded by restaurants and bars. Alexander was available for anything we needed. He also suggested with us a map the best places to see.

Vacanza ad Amsterdam

The  apartment  we had was very large and had 3 separate sleeping areas, bathroom, shower and small kitchen area with refrig and stove.  It was on the ground floor, so no steep stairs to climb.  the beds were comfortable had tv sets in 2 of the 3 sleeping areas.  The apartment was a 7 minute walk to the bus stop to take you into town, a 10 minute walk to Van Gogh Museum, and there were places to eat  within a 5 minute walk of the location.  It was right on the canal.  We were pleased with the accommodations and the price.

Comfortableand good location

Located in a great area for transport links, cool little bars and places to eat. We were met by the hots and offered a super charged espresso while we gave our deposits and collected our keys. The stairs  were an eye opener, virtually vertical! But the room was set out well, nice and cosy, clean and well maintained.
Right next to De Pijp, full of cool bars, restaurants and cafe's and the Albert Cuyp market. 
Catch tram 24 into the middle of the city and wander the back streets and canals to find everything else on offer in this action packed city.
