Hotel Arena 

Delightful boutique hotel on a park. Its location near the outer ring canal puts it in easy walking distance to public transport and sights, yet not in the crowded tourist area. The park is popular with locals as is the hotel's "Park" cafe. The cafe is a peaceful place to eat or relax. The park itself is lovely and I prefer the Arena's location to a hotel directly on a canal, where you'll also pay a premium just to be on a canal. The room was quiet. It had double windows but I'm not sure that was necessary because the hotel is in a quiet location. There are free storage lockers where you can store your baggage if you arrive before check in or if you are not leaving the city directly after checkout and don't want to carry your bags around. I arranged a late check out because I wanted to sleep in late, but there's no need for that if you don't sleep in late. The staff are very friendly. The Hotel Arena is a great value for money as well. I highly recommend the Hotel Arena.
