A wonderful vacation a year ago... for me everything to discover...the sweet residence was a candy shop, in front of it was the coffee shop, next to a bakery that emitted perfumes in the early hours of the morning.

Remember that...

I can't judge the structure because when we arrived at the entrance (a very nice candy store) we were told that the room was no longer available!! We had a regular reservation, but there was no room towards... the room was not there! The receptionist was kind and pointed us to other facilities, so our tour began to a city we didn't know with luggage etc.

What a terrible surprise.

Absolutely exhausting and improvised rooms. Lacking every minimum of comfort and service that even the simplest B&B should have incredibly high prices and disproportionate to service and type of accommodation there is a coffee shop next door with people on the street all night making noise I strongly discourage staying in this place: EVITATE!!

bad experience - avoidance

The staff and the owner are excellent, they also accepted without any problem a little puppy, we arrived after midnight, and he left us the keys, he walks into the store, a pastry shop, you can consume great cakes and waffles, the location and very central near everything, the steep stairs of Amsterdam, I was there with the kids and they went out like crazy, only bad breakfast excluded

I'm in an ideal position to stay overnight in Amsterdam. It's a very dangerous staircase but fortunately I was placed on the first floor.

It's really disgusting to shut down urgently it's pure and simple fraud I really don 't recommend it at all it's dirty, the rooms don 't have any rooms it's disgusting as well as the staff who are a grocer since the rooms are in a grocery store

It's miserable.

HORRIBLE! it's not a hotel but a construction site! the room was in the works (wall bricked with gyproc and scotch drops, glass blocks drawing next to the bed, cables running in the room, no heating, spartiate electricity,...) the service is deplorable (welcome at 2pm by the tobacco tenant from across the street to tell us that the bathroom manager is absent and that we'll have to get back to work, representing at 5pm the boss is right there but declares that the room is to be cleaned and that we'll have to come back later (he also has a poker room outside). the boss at the basement of the basement has also made me look like a taxi driver!!!!!!!! this is not the last minute we've got to go to the basement of the hotel, but it's not the last minute we've got to go to the basement of the hotel, and it's a very nice place to be, and the hotel has a very nice hotel room.

Disgusting, Horrible, Walgelijk

When we arrived, the boss explained that there was a reservation problem that our rooms are no longer available but for the same price, he found us another room (for 5 people...) The room was actually a cellar where 5 mattresses were stored...electric wires hanging from the walls, raw concrete on the floor, water pipes from the whole hotel passing through our room, fabrics hanging from the walls to hide misery...
