For the price we were expecting something a bit nicer. The room was OK but the bed was on the small side and there were 2 single duvets on a double bed. The bathroom smelt of sewage most of the time that we were there. The walls are paper thin and you could hear way too much going on in the other rooms and people were banging on the front door of the apartments until the early hours. I felt like I was staying in a university halls of residence!

The area was nice though!

Stayed here for a 3 night break. Great location! A short walk away from the main square. Isabelle was very helpful and had great knowledge of the area. Rooms were clean and comfortable. No faults or negatives to give! i would definitely stay here again!

This might be a wonderful place but customer service and response for a refund is terrible! Cancelled July 28 and finally today Sept 14 (doing the happy dance) received the credit thanks to Booking.com(after many emails and calls. We also had to cancel a VBO apt in Paris at the same time and received the refund credited the same day. Delhi's finally responded in early August with "we will look into it immediately"after email etc...they did receive our deposit in December of 2019 and credited it in one day!  Just frustrated and disillusioned with the amount of time/effort we made to receive a simple refund-so a word of caution!

I booked in Dec 2018 for a stay in Sept 2019 - Amsterdam is very busy at this time as we have our major trade show so I booked well in advance.  I was told via email that the deposit is refundable if I cancel before mid Aug.  I cancelled in early June and I have never had a refund.  They ignore emails.  I am now gettign Booking.com involved but my advise is do not expect to get you deposit so only book once you are absolutely certain you will stay

Perfect location, couldn’t have been any easier to get into the Centre. Tram is literally just around the corner. Very pleasant staff to deal with. Our flight was delayed and I was rang to make sure everything was okay and if we needed any assistance. 

Check in process very friendly and laid back. Our room was quite small, but for the amount of time spent in it, it was adequate. Super comfortable bed, comfiest bed I think I’ve ever slept in. 

Only negatives I have, and that’s being very picky was the lack of towels in the apartment, we only had 2 large towels for 4 days. This was just down a lack of communication on both parts. Found it slightly expensive for the size of the room but overall a great stay and would definitely be back again.

Apparently, it was in a good location, comfortable and reasonably priced.
Friendly, easy to get to, and would probably stay there again.

Adequate..

We had a garden view studio. Firstly it must be said having been to Amsterdam many times before this area is by far our favourite...pretty and central. Tram 4 literally 2 minute walk.  The studio we had was perfect. It had every thing we needed for a 5 night stay. Kettle, TV, great shower, comfy bed, sofa to sit on. It had a mini garden so if you smoke It is ideal. Check on and check out was easy and the hosts were very helpful. We left our bags and Maurice met us to give us our bags. Really nothing to criticise.  Noise and creaky boards are every day occurrences in Amsterdam; the building are old. We recommend the garden apartment.

Really enjoyed staying here.  

Had booked here to stay with some friends in March but was unfortunately unable to get there due to the snow. Dahlis were nice enough at first to offer to move the dates or offer us a refund on our deposit if none suited but when no dates were available they completely ignored all my attempts to try and get in contact and I have had to get booking.com involved. I understood losing the deposit but not after being told we could get a refund and even then it is pathetic from a company to ignore customers emails completely!! Avoid if you can - they also took double my deposit when I first booked so clearly not the most reliable of apartments in general!

We stayed here for 3 nights last week and it was perfect! Our host maurts was so nice and helpful. The location was great and had some nice bars/restaurants around the apartment. There is also a supermarket super close. The room was cosy and had everything we needed. We will be back 😀

I recently booked this apartment through booking.com however i wanted to cancel as I had found somewhere a bit cheaper. The property had already taken a 30% charge of £117.00 which is fine but when you cancel your booking you are meant to receive this back.... still waiting on this money. The property dont answer the phone when you call and I have emailed 3 times and no response....

I have had to get booking.com involved

I cant comment on the apartments but as far as communication goes its pretty poor.
