We stayed with Miranda for two nights in the superior luxury room (one in the roof!) and it was just perfect. She is a wonderful host and provided so many extra touches. We thought it was one of the best value places that we have ever stayed and would pay far more for the pleasure!

Two lovely nights here. Perfect.

Miranda our hostess was so very welcoming from the start. Showed us her beautiful garden, her animal enclosure, the communal areas and our room was lovely. All the little extras were perfect. She provided excellent toiletries, complimentary drinks in the our fridge, chocolates and snacks. Lovely cake or pastries and use of her personal liquers. The bed and linen were lovely. The room comfortable and our loft area pleasant. The bathroom is a little seperate to the bedroom but that is acceptable with beautiful robes supplied. You hear road noise but not unpleasant. Lovely personal service. Congratulations Miranda well done! Will recommend to family and friends.

Made feel so very welcome

When travelling for business I try to stay away from the big chains and find something different. Occasionally one does find something that just a gem.
This B&B is extremely welcoming, and very luxurious with an excellent breakfast.
When I am in the neighbourhood, I will definitely stay overnight here.

Just Superb

Stayed there only 1 night but I'd definitely go back for longer. The room, B&B and the grounds are wonderful and beautifully decorated. Very close to the motorway but you can't feel its proximity. Rooms have Nespresso coffee machine, full size wine bottles, beers free of charge and very comfortable bed. Very clean and modern bathroom. Also liquor bar in the front room is an amazing idea, I've tried cinnamon liquor and fell in love with it :) Big, freshly prepared and delicious breakfast is also another reason to visit this place. The host is very welcoming, helpful and lovely lady. And they're pet friendly. There's nothing I would change... 

Best B&B I've been to so far 

Owner Miranda has an eye for detail and makes sure that you feel completely at home. We stayed in the appartment (´Luxury Room´) on the first floor: tastefully decorated with amongst others two easy chairs, a fire place and wonderful large beds. In the morning a delicious breakfast that varies daily, in the afternoon sweet delicacies that go well with coffee/tea and in the evening various liquers and brandies! Lots of cycle and hiking possibilities in areas of outstanding natural beauty nearby. The centre of Asten is very close and has a wide variety of restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this Bed&Breakfast!
