I have been to this Nh several times now. There are always plenty of employees who speak English well. The hotel isn’t the most convenient for someone wanting to walk to nearby restaurants or shopping. A short 5-7 drive will get you both however. There is a restaurant at the hotel and the food is good. I will certainly stay at this hotel again. The one thing that I would recommend that needs to be addressed..the rooms at the end of the hallway don’t get the best Wi-Fi connection.

very nice crew that is ready to helping you. food is perfect and the location and hotel is a good place to relax after a whole day with meetings. Close to the highway to continue you way furtehr or back to the airport like i need to do.

stay at the NH hotel in Best

Dated hotel, very small bathroom, TV antenna cable lying on the floor: needless to say not a great place to spend the night. There was plenty of free parking (outside) and breakfast was good and available at a very acceptable price (€ 13,90).

Disappointing and they charged more than the amount mentioned on the reservation

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions in preference to quite a few other choices in and around the Best/Eindhoven area as it offers reasonable accommodation at reasonable prices.  We feel comfortable because the hotel has a simple layout and, having stayed for many years in this chain, we know what we're getting for the money paid. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful.  However it's worth noting that this particular NH hotel is a little faded in room decor.  It's in need of a revamp and refreshing throughout.  It looks tired.  The rooms are small and very 1970's in decor but clean.  Last of all, outside space to sit and relax is a little limited and, having tables and chairs outside of the main entrance is not that good for people who are staying in the rooms above.  The tables and chairs are not occupied by people having a quick drink, they are taken over by workers who smoke, drink, tell jokes and talk loudly on warmer evenings for hour after hour util late.  We have had to complain about the noise on a couple of occasions.

Businerss Trip to Eindhoven

Stayed overnight here after visiting Mierlo War Cemetery prior to driving back to Rotterdam the next day.

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was fairly basic, but had everything we needed, including tv and tea/coffee making facilities. Bathroom was clean and beds comfortable.

A short drive to the centre of Eindhoven. 

Pleasant Hotel

The good:
- Breakfast is great.
- Enough free parking spaces.

The bad:
- Not many bikes available, even though they advertise it as a service. Even when asked months in advance they didn't have a bike available and the staff told us to 'ask other guests to ride with them'. That's some of the strangest advice I've ever gotten.
- No AC in the rooms. It get's quite hot there.
- The cleaning starts around 9am and they enjoy talking real loud. So if you want to sleep in: forget it.
- The room and hotel look like its build in the 80's and never upgraded.

Poor room quality, poor location.

Large group of us- Mum’s and kids had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, the hotel staff were fantastic and looked after us all.. special mention to Pascal, who ensured we were always well fed and watered! 

NH Best- Best staff

We chose this hotel for its location, being within easy travelling distance to the centre of Eindhoven whilst being just off the main route to Rotterdam.  The hotel itself was easy to find.  The room was clean and included all of the basics you'd expect.  The staff were friendly and helpful.  I thought the art work in the lobby and bar area publicising local artists was a really nice touch.
