This was a really friendly place to stay, friendly staff, friendly guests, friendly area.  The room was a good size and very comfortable, although it was quite hard work getting our luggage up the rather narrow, antique stairs to our room.  We liked being in Eijsden, very handy for visiting Maastricht, but Eijsden is a quiet town, and we were a one minute walk from an excellent ice cream cafe (Angelati), which we highly recommend.  Breakfast was good, although the only cooked offering were the eggs (which were cooked in the breakfast room to individual specification).

Really friendly place to stay, don't miss the local ice cream cafe.

We are a family of 4 (2 adults + 15 and 18 year-old) and we stayed one night on our way to Maastricht. The place is very lovely and well decorated with a lot of charm. We chose a room for 4, and we didn't regret it. The room was very large, with very high ceiling and a very big mezzanine where our children slept (but it is so spacious that it can accommodate adults easily). 
The beds were very comfortable and the street is quiet. 
We had a fantastic breakfast with everything we could wish for.
Perhaps 2 negative things : there was not enough shampoo and shower gel provided for 4 people (but we arrived late and couldn't ask for more) and the stairs are very steep so it may not be suitable for everyone.
Eijden is a very beautiful place worth visiting. We regret not having been able to stay longer and would love to come back.

Lovely B&B , fantastic breakfast

A great B and B. Stayed here for 2 nights while on business. Rooms are large, clean, and well decorated. Fast free WiFi. Breakfast is great, and staff are very friendly. An easy place to find which has onsite parking. Location is 5 mins from a good selection of restaurants.

Spent a night here with 5 friends on our way to Belgium. Great place, comfortable rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. Nicely decorated and really cosy. Would definitely stay here again if I ever get the chance.

Lovely B&B, great service

Good B&B with nice rooms, including bathroom (shower) and TV. A good airco from Daikin on the room with a easy remote on the wall to control the airco. The breakfast was excellent and complete. The owners were also very friendly. One negative point could be that the sound isolation between the rooms isn’t that good 😊 

Nice B&B with a marvellous breakfast !!

It is a nice place with really friendly staff, nice décor and ambience with a touch of vintage/retro look. The rooms are quite clean+comfortable (we stayed in Augustus). If you're travelling by car, this could serve as a nice base in the country side to visit Maastricht. My only real gripe was the empty minibar and (what seemed to me) a lacklustre breakfast (though nothing really major to complain about). I'd still recommend it... 

Nice B&B close to Maastricht

Another wonderful stay at Verdesud. Stayed in room June, a lot of stairs but Shenna has said on our next booking she will make sure we have a room on first floor. Breakfast is good and rooms are spacious and very clean.
